«They charge $12 per day for parking,
challenge this & learned since we booked through Expedia it was waived. Parking was not allocated for guests at the hotel when they have events. Staff not well trained or experienced. Had to send email to corporate as we were evacuated from hotel due to sprinkler busting.
Overall a disappointing experience.»

«The place is old, dirty, and has not been maintained very well. There are 4 elevators, and during our 2 night stay, 3 out of 4 were constantly down. The one elevator that was working didn’t work very well. We got stuck in the elevator and so did multiple other guests. Hallways and common areas need a thorough cleaning and the paint on our ceiling in the bathroom was sagging down like balloons. The outdoor area by the pool is a weed patch. «We would like to commend the staff for their hard work in maintaining the cleanliness of the premises. In our experience, this is one of the best hotels in the area. The rooms are spacious and it feels like home away from home. The reason for the 4 star rating is because of the slow network and lack of streaming apps.»
