«We stayed at the hotel for just under a week. The location is quite good, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. We also received some port wine and sweets upon arrival, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent, based on a menu and made to order, and the quality was very high.
However, something that felt a bit strange to us was the reaction we received at the reception. We are two best friends traveling together, and since we’re close and only planned to sleep at the hotel ...

«Everything was perfect just one thing.
To clean the tables during breakfast, the staff drove these "trolleys" around the tables, picking up dirty plates, glasses..etc.
At one end of theses trolleys, they throw the leftovers. It was simply DISGUSTING".
All the bacteria flying in the air
Not hygenic at all!!!!!
You do not do that in a 5 star hotel.
