«The rooms were great, very clean and great service. We unfortunately had to move because of noisy neighbors and when we got upgraded to a suite (which was very nice) there was loud noise from the club at the hotel next door. The concierge was OK but not great. There was a ton of staff but we were getting mixed answers from various people. «The property is 100% 5 star. Everything was in perfect shape and clean. Our room was beautiful with a marina view. The most impressive part of our stay was the staff. Each and every staff member we had contact with were amazing. They were all polite, friendly, and going out of their way to make our trip as pleasurable as possible.
