«Kjempeflott service !!

«The breakfast quality was very poor. It gave me a tummy ache so I stopped going for breakfast. The choices were not great. Cleanliness in the room is substandard- beds and sofa dirty and sheets cheap quality. The decor old and depressing. The surrounding area is unsafe and the crowd unpleasant.»

«Scrumptiously clean room. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Perfect air conditioning. Very family friendly, and plenty of shops nearby. I highly recommend Hotel Heritage for my family and friends. Edward from Ohio»

«Very close to everything SOBO. Excellent value for money.»

«In the said budget the Hotel was good. I was with family and found no worries. Mine was Premium room with two double beds. Sufficient size. Staff was helpful. You can have deliveries including food in your room too. The manager and the staff were good and helpful. Location wise it's good if you want to travel around in South Mumbai.»

«Great location, awesome food and value for money . Only problem...they have street parking »

«Worst area to stay in Mumbai»

«Shops are close, property needs maintenance, no towel, no toiletries- soap, shampoo, sheets had blood spot stains. Bad experience. »

«They sent me to a building which was under construction and a room where someone was clearly in it. I didn’t take the room cause it wasn’t safe and they still charged me. Hotels.com refuse to help. Don’t ever book this! »
