«The room smelled horrible, like cat pee, but there was no carpet so I we were thinking it must be the mattress? There was a cigarette burn mark in the blanket and the pillows were tiny, lumpy things. We were unable to tolerate the smell so we checked back out immediately and left to find new lodging. The man behind the counter said he would cancel our reservation, but two weeks later, no refund or communication has come through.»

«The hotel had an unsettling smell. Our room smelled like a dirty mop & the bathroom had mold. It was very loud. Lots of banging around at 2&3am. Noise outside the hotel. Woke up to trash spewed all over. The bed was inches off the floor & the mattress was uneven my side of the bed was caved in. I’ll never stay there again.»
