«The mattress needs replaced. I think it is original from the 80s and hard as a rock. The sheets and blankets were too short. We could either cover our feet or our shoulders but not both. The tub was very slick. The help was superior!»

«I was traveling with my daughter and was in need of accommodations close to W&L. This charming motel was exactly what we needed, unfortunately our flight was delayed and we did not get a chance to explore all that was offered. The motel staff was very helpful given our late arrival due to flight complications. I required assistance getting to the airport and found the front desk staff very helpful in facilitating a car service last minute.»

«We traveled to Lexington for VMI Family Weekend, and unfortunately, our hotel experience was very disappointing. When we first arrived, everything seemed fine. However, later that evening, when I took a shower, I noticed that the hot water was barely warm. By the following morning, there was no hot water at all.
I reported the issue to the front desk and was told that they were working on it. Unfortunately, the problem was never resolved during our entire stay. On our last day, I was told that ...
