«Absolutely loved this hotel! Boutique vibes with a fabulous bar that also serves a nice breakfast menu. Amenities were all wonderful. Very convenient to Lower Greenville, downtown and uptown Dallas areas. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. FREE parking so easy to use in the back. This hotel will be my forever go to in Dallas. Stayed for 3 nights.»

«The room was clean but the service was awful. They no longer offer room service but we were told we could call in an order for pickup. Then when we tried the lady told us we would have to come down to order and wait for it. We went to the restaurant and had to wait for a table to be cleaned then after 15 minutes no one waited on us so we left.»

«It’s a convenient locaiton to down town, building it’s a bit older but it’s acceptable. There was mold in the restroom but the bed comfortable with cold AC and a nice pool. Felt safe»

«Once I arrived I was supposed to get a complimentary wine that was offered for my birthday at check in, had to call down twice to see where the wine was. Everything is ridiculously overpriced. A chicken sandwich is $21, no sides or drink. A small snicker bar was $8. You’re better off getting your own food and snacks from outside of the hotel. Also, dealt with a very rude employee that hung up in my face and when I explained the situation to a manager named Ava, she didn’t show much concern. ...
