Parking garage Museumkwartier is indeed a 7-minute walk to our hotel and the only car park we have a collaboration with, offering our guests an exclusive discount to securely park their vehicle. Our guests are always welcome to drop off luggage at the hotel first, before heading to the parking garage. We understand this was challenging due to blocked off streets. Our reception team works hard to stay on top of events and road works in the city that could impact access to our hotel, and it is unfortunate to read we have failed to do so in this case.
