«The hotel was ok, but it is one of the more disappointing experiences that I've had with regards to expectations vs. reality. The main reason I chose this hotel over other hotels in Clervaux was the spa. However, it did not live up to what the hotel website presentet. The hottub/jacuzzi was no more than a normal jacuzzi tub you find in a home. You had to fill it with water to use it and there was only cold water available. Who wants to sit in a ice cold 'hot tub'? In addition, the steam room was ...

«Bra rom størrelse, fint med kids and parent room wirh own bath. Gluten free at breakfast should be focused on in the future.»

«We really enjoyed the meal at the restaurant and the morning Pilates class. Staff were fantastic.»

«The property was well maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful.»

«Simple and clean for a night. Rooms are a bit dated, but perfectly fine.»

«Great place for a stay in Vianden, nice and quiet. Good breakfast and easy parking just beside the hotel. »

«This was a really beautiful location. The dinner was one of the best we had in all of Europe. On the down side it was the hottest day in Luxemborg in 25 years. There is no air conditioning and there wasn't even a fan in our third floor room, it was stifling hot»

«Decent place at a great location. The hotel is dated, and I didn't really feel welcome at check-in. Stayed only one night so it was a good place to rest. (although I didn't like sleeping with my head 30cm from the bathroom) Enjoyed the town and the castle!!»

«Staff was very helpful, the location is far from the center and good for relaxation, just if you have an allergy to nature, it is not good for you. Inge was one of the nicest ladies who helped me lots 🙏♥️ I want say thank you Inge . Emina was fast and organized for cleaning .»

«Vi fikk et digert rom, som gikk over to etasjer. Baderom var også stort og flott. Frokost var meget bra. Hotellet lå i landlige, koselige omgivelser. Vi fikk god service. Frokost var over middels.»
