«First I'll say that Pat tried her best to help and is the only reason the staff rating was as high as I gave it. I stayed for 5 nights. The 1st 3 in room 220. At check-in, the staff seemed uncertain if our reservation was for one or two-night stay ( it was for one, I hope my bill is for one). They also shared concerns about third-party booking services, which made me feel that Expedia reservations may not receive the same level of attention.
I had requested an early check-in because I was attending Military Appreciation Day at the Troy University football game. Despite ...

«We didn't even stay he said he had no rooms even though I got the room online, he still stated there was no rooms. When I could plainly see the top and bottom level in the front side was empty. They charge $50 for a deposit that you get back, if you use a card that's 5-7 business days.
I will not be back at this place. Most of his rooms have something wrong with them anyway & it's an act of congress to get anything done!»
