«When we arrived we thought surely this isn't the place. There were multiple cars and nowhere to park. The garage was open and it was filled with broken appliances. They were spilling out onto the driveway. Nervously, I knocked on the door and a sketchy man answered. The Smell hit us as soon as the door opened. It was horrible! «It was not very pleasant. The room was clean but not inviting. It was fairly drab and uncomfortable. There's not much natural light. The furniture feels cheap, a lot of pressed board type. The check-in process was difficult because the keyboard screen for entering information is very small, has low contrast, and is hard to read in bright sunlight. I think the concept was good and a few tweaks could make it much more pleasant.»
