«It was my 70th birthday on the 8th August. I thought it would be lovely to celebrate it with my family. 14 of us went -myself, husband, my 3 children and partners and my 6 grandchildren. There was plenty of space for us all. The house and garden were ideal. We all had a wonderful 3 days.»

«We spent a wonderful few days in Cherry Tree Cottage. The cottages have been beautifully renovated and well equipped and we were lucky enough to christen the amazing bbq grill and hut. The cottage is very dog friendly with enclosed garden. A great base to explore the North Norfolk towns and beaches with some great recommendations from Andy and Karen.»

«Spacious, clean and well equipped, comfy beds and enough bathrooms to keep everyone happy. Really appreciated the board games for the day the weather was not so good. Really minor improvements would be pint glasses for the men, a long cable to make the snug room tv internet connected and for all the beds to be made up not just the number fir persons staying so we can chosewhi sleeps where (one of the singles didnt have sheets on presumably as we were 7 staying in an 8 berth cottage). Overall ...

«Great stay 2 adults and a golden retriever. Garden ideal for dog. Comfy sofas and bed. Could do with bedside table each side in main bedroom and also plug sockets near bed for phones. Parking tight against house but managed to get a space daily apart from one occasion. We love area, sandringham, brancaster, old hi stand Tom, rose and crown in the village and thornham deli particularly good»

«Our third time in this cosy cottage. As before, everything was perfect. The cottage is comfortable with a big garden, very well equipped and located conveniently close to a train station (Dullingham) for visits to Cambridge etc. We also enjoyed a dinner in the local pub, The Bull, and long walks in the area. People here are really friendly and welcoming. A big Thank You to Robbie for being such a great host! We enjoyed our stay a lot, and will be back.»

«Fabulous 6-night stay. Louise was a fantastic host; great communication, met us on arrival for tour of the house (also very kindly left us nice bottle of wine, crisps and a large carrot cake from the local bakery on the dining table, as well as fresh milk and eggs in the fridge!). «Property had everything you could need and the hosts were friendly and had everything covered in the accommodation. Fantastically clean and well thought out beautiful garden i did not want to leave, as it had raken me away ftom reality for one night. «The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped (modern gas cooker, TV, WiFi, books and games, large supply of basics e.g. sugar, tea, coffee, sauces etc.). We enjoyed the secluded garden overlooking the golf course and the frequent sightings of squirrels, moorhens, pheasants and deer.»
