«Pros: kitchen breakfast staff was very nice and helpful, a/c in room worked well. Cons: charged a 50.00 deposit i didnt know about refunded at checkout, there was 2 stains in carpet in my room and I noticed 2 towels were stained when I held up to the light . Water pressure in shower was weak. Also the walls must be thin because I could hear my neighbors next door too well»

«Room listings state they have curtains and they did not, rooms were very bright overnight. Pool needs rules better enforced. Two kids went underwater at no fault of anyone but neglectful parents that should have been physically in the pool with their young toddlers. Other families had to help rescue kids at no fault of the lifeguard but the rules definitely need to be enforced much better. »

«Previous guest’s food left in fridge. Room not serviced for four days despite asking reception. Breakfast well below standard, and two mornings there were serving problems from no staff to broken equipment. The whole place is run down, understaffed. I won’t be staying there again. The only saving grace is the beach position, but dozens of hotels in OBX have that. »

«Very nice property. Staff is very friendly with contact made via cell phone to check if we needed anything. We had an oceanfront room which was truly amazing at sunrise. I also appreciate the garage parking. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the TVs to smart ones in case you wanted to use one of your streaming programs. Also brother's pizza is on the property and has amazing brick oven pizza and a nice bar overlooking the ocean (they also serve breakfast). Brass balls is right next ...

«The lobby staff was great! The room was dirty, hasn't been dusted in forever and the floor was dirty. They give you dish soap but no dish rag. No utensils. The beach view was great. Something new is they charge for parking.»

«Wonderful property and employees, the only thing was the elevator was down for a bit and we were on the 7th floor. Very clean and well kept. »
