«Very disappointed! Stayed here when it was a Marriott. Bed was the only good thing.»

«Nice hotel! Room was clean and did not know that breakfast was included until we went to lobby for coffee in morning. We also took a walk through the area.»

«Housekeeping did not come our only full day there while we were out and we had expected fresh towels, we called down to the front desk to request more and they told us we could come get them ourselves. I was very disappointed with the customer service. Not friendly or welcoming. Also, the shower pressure in the room was terrible and didn’t improve throughout the stay.»

«I would like to say that I had a great time in this hotel and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and smelled clean. I was so impressed by their honesty when my daughter left her iPad by mistake, they called me and the hotel manager went out his way to ship the iPad to us in Jersey, I am so grateful»

«Very clean, staff was very helpful.»

«They canceled my reservation the day we showed up»

«Kitchen needs better cleaning»

«The room was properly cleaned and well maintained.»

Not a good answer in my opinion. But all and all, it was a nice hotel and I think if they worked a bit harder on the restuarant/bar it would be a really nice place.»

«Great value, nice clean hotel, friendly staff, pool was a bonus. »

«Había mucho olor a humedad y había polvo.»

«Kids loved the basketball hoop and pool.»

«Great physical structure. Expansive, sweeping architecture. Check-in staff ( Karen) professional, helpful, inviting. But, some comments and questions: Where was a free breakfast such as those offered by your competitors? The lobby has a snack bar of junk food and drinks but it’s closed most of the time. Nice fireplace, plenty of wood…never saw a fire in the fireplace. Spartan. Looks good…it’s just decoration. What was the restaurant? It wasn’t. It was empty of patrons and food. There ...
