«The staff were brilliant and they were very attentive and helpful. The amenities are excellent, the room was clean and spacious. Great continental breakfast and very good freshly made food from the restaurant. We had a fantastic day with the hotel guide into the Chitawan National park. Highly recommended!»

«SAPANA LODGE IS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Western comforts, Nepalese style, natural environment with access and inter-action with Elephant Breeding grounds and trainers. i have stayed at Sapana Lodge two times already and will return for a 3rd visit next year.»

The staff: The staff was very nice, willing to listen! This last was very needed.
The rooms could have better care. Lack of towels, dust, worn out bedlinen, leaking on the sink, lack of warm water, lack of glasses, little soaps and VERY noisy. (Simple strip under room door would help) With arrival the sinks in the rooms were not tight to the wall. Sewer air comes up and full stank. I solved myself the issue with butting plastic bags as seal around the ...

«Amazing hotel with exceptional customer service. Every member of staff was attentive and went beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The warm welcome from check in to the unexpected team check out will stay with me and I will most definitely stay there again when visiting Chitwan in the near future. Special mention for Manager Ashok and F&B staff Stuti and Anup.
