«Excellent service and very peaceful location, even though slightly steep last few 100 yards for the car.
Nice view from the room and property in general.
Staff and cook are very very polite.
Rooms were clean and organized. Bathrooms were also clean, although slightly wet after they clean (hosts can perhaps look into this and ensure bathrooms are wiped after cleaning). This was only reason for for a 4-star rating on “rooms” (instead of 5-star rating).»

«We had an incredible stay at this property! The mountain views right from our room were breathtaking, and the entire staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. A special mention to Dipen and his wife, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the home-cooked food was absolutely delicious. We loved the experience so much that we decided to extend our stay!»

«Disappointing Experience – 2/5 Stars
I stayed at Sterling Elk Hill from 21st October to 24th October, and unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. I would rate my stay 2 out of 5 stars.
Room service was extremely slow. I had to call multiple times for assistance and faced this issue on more than five occasions. Such delays are unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
The checkout experience was equally frustrating. I waited for around 40 minutes for someone to collect our ...
