"Veldig fint bassengområde og fin strand, men vi fikk sjelden mulighet til å benytte oss av dette fordi solsengene var reservert med håndklær av andre gjester. Vi endte derfor opp med å betale for solsenger på stranden i stedet. Fine rom, men noe slitt. Hotellet er nok perfekt for barnefamilier, men om du reiser med voksne, så ville jeg kanskje sett etter noe annet…"

"We stayed at OZO Chaweng Samui, and after moving on to a worse hotel in Koh Tao, we honestly appreciate it even more. The hotel really gives a luxury feel, especially the pool and beach area. There were always sunbeds available, which made everything super relaxed. The staff were great throughout the whole stay – from check-in to breakfast and the bar. Always helpful and friendly. Security was also visible in the evenings, so it felt safe. The hotel is clearly well maintained. One of the best things was being able to order food and drinks straight to the sunbed via QR code. Such a nice touch, and the food was actually really good. Really nice place, and for once, the pictures online don’t lie :) As others have mentioned, one potential drawback is that the rooms are on the smaller side. However, as a couple in our 20s, we had no issues with this at all—we simply used our suitcase as a wardrobe and it worked perfectly fine. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Supert sted. Litt mer slitent rom enn forventet, men hyggelige ansatte, bra frokost, supert basseng og strand-område, super lokasjon, og bedre wifi-dekning enn ventet. Bra verdi for pengene!"

"Be aware that this hotel has a purely «all inclusive» concept. There were unfortunately no possibilities to buy drinks, beers etc. without wristband options. Neither any à la carte dinning. Luckily there was a really nice beach restaurant in the next door hotel where you could pay for good quality food and drink services (The Haven Beach Club). Having that said, the staff was lovely and service minded and the premises clean. "
