Our check in process was simple and easy. Dez was manning the front desk…he was an absolute pleasure. We had stopped for drinks at the Four Seasons prior to checking in…service there was less than stellar. Dez’ gregarious personality and desire to be hospitable (in the hospitality industry!) stood head and shoulders above the service received at the more prestigious Four Seasons. Kudos to Dez for making a simple process like checking in a joy.

This hotel is comfortable and the room was clean. The pool area wasn’t and the indoor hot tub smelled horrible and had brown colored water. But the staff were AMAzINg!! They were so kind and provided excellent service. I will definitely start again.

This is a lovely property. The staff is wonderful. However there is an over pwering perfumy smell in the common areas. It was so strong that we did not eat any meals at the hotel. The was very loud equipment outside our room that made sleeping difficult.

Not 4-star.
The people were nice and it’s a cute place and the gym is excellent, but I’m not sure how they came up with a 4-star rating. The water in the shower took 7 minutes to get hot (yes we timed it) and the faucet didn’t work right. Mattress and bedding wasn’t exactly 4-star worthy. The balcony is shared like a motel so there’s really nothing stopping people from looking in your window even if you’re on the third floor. The indoor hot tub is tiny, was luke warm, and the jets apparently didn’t work. There is only one smaller outdoor hot tub and there’s nothing stopping a bunch of kids from hogging it even later at night. Usually had to scan our key card several times to get the door to unlock. The dining room is kind of in a hallway and walking through there is the only way to get back to your room from the hot tubs, so you literally potentially walk right by people in a sport coat having dinner while in wet swimsuits and a robe. Breakfast buffet is good but crazy overpriced and nothing really special, I mean it’s nowhere near as good as Union Station in St. Louis yet it costs quite a bit more. That place is. 4-star hotel, just not comparable. If this were priced right and advertisements wasn’t misleading I’d have no problem with staying here but $3,300+ from Tuesday through Sunday with severely overpriced drinks and food didn’t set too well, I feel ripped off. The Grand Lodge in Breckenridge makes this place look laughable and ghetto in several ways.

The gate for parking was a problem because you had to get out of the car and go in side to ask them to open it. The pool was the most fun!

The resort was good but several areas could stand some updating. The most disappointing part of the stay was everyone working there was relatively new and from a foreign country with little knowledge of the area or building. More training is needed.

We had a wonderful stay here. The decor of the lodge was really nice and fitting with the wilderness atmosphere. The room was comfortable and both room and bathroom were very clean. I do feel like the price was very high. Breakfast was not included. When we went down to the pool, I noticed some smalls things like tiles missing around the edge of the hot tub. But for the price we paid (about $333 per night plus additional fees) I would not expect that. The food at the hotel restaurant was good and we had a nice meal there but we did have to wait a while for our food. Overall I would stay again because very convenient location to Grand Teton, but would try to book earlier for a better rate.

We arrived early. We knew we couldn’t check in but stopped to get information on parking and shopping. The concierge, David could not have been more helpful and informative. He got us a parking pass and showed me where to park. Parking is at a premium and difficult. He gave us options to spend time before checking in and even inquired with the front desk to see if our room might be ready. It wasn’t but did end up being ready early. They called us to let us know that. At check in, Judy was friendly, funny and informative as well. Every time we came to the lobby she remembered us by name. The staff is friendly and accommodating, especially David and Judy. True assets to you company and brand. Love the room and property!

Parking was poor. Valet was 2/3 available but we were denied parking there even if we paid because the owner was coming. Service in the restaurant was very slow to order, food to come and to pay the bill.

While the hotel looks lovely and our 2 bedroom suite was very spacious and comfortable the service in this hotel is horrible. We had to get our own cart to get our luggage and my daughter had to push it into the hotel, until the bell guy showed. He refused to help us take it to our room which was the last suite on the 3rd floor , at the very end of the hotel. My husband wasn’t around to help us because he was told we couldn’t valet park or park in the empty spaces out front but had to park far away in a lot down the block. What a joke. We came back after dinner and that lot out front still had spots. But us in a 2 bedroom suite get the worst parking. The front desk woman was slow to check people in, didn’t explain anything properly. We didn’t learn about the internet. Didn’t learn about the pool or hot tub- until our daughter saw it from her window. We saw one worker later in the evening and asked him in the parking lot about the parking again and he said we had to park far away too. This hotel is lovely inside, the rooms very comfortable, but they are being stingy on the staff and service. So I wouldn’t stay here again . It made our whole stay upsetting due to the service. They actually do not care about the guests.

Horrible customer service
Hotel was nice but we had issues with the hot water in our room. Talked to guest services they sent someone right up but they didn’t fix the issue she promised to have it taken care of in the morning and we still had issues my wife called and guest services was extremely rude towards here so my wife asked to speak to a manager she was told they would call us and we never heard back. I’ll spend my money at the other resorts there instead of this one again.

Fairly mediocre hotel. The room keys wouldn’t work for spa area despite repeated switching out. The ice machine didn’t work and none of the sofa machines in the hotel were stocked. Room was dark with a view of the wall next door. Eating in the dining room was like eating in the hallway.

Parking was further away, loved the staff - bar tender and waiter were awesome. The room was quiet. Had to get a new remote, toilet wouldn’t flush - husband had to fix it to flush. Pretty area but too expensive for things not working.
