«It is a beautiful hotel, but considering the price I would expect more. Lack in information regarding meals and times. Might be a language problem, but google translate would easily solve this with an information sheet... all in all a good stay, but with this location and amenities it could have been better.»

«Nice modern hotel located in a nice street close to train station. The staff was always polite and helpful. Free miso soup and fried rice ball as evening meal, and coffee and other warm drinks for free. Laundry machines available. We had a room with two bunk beds, and it was spacious. »

«The room was clean and efficiently organized. It had everything I wanted: mini-fridge, TV, kettle, hair dryer, clothes line. The lobby had supplies of toiletries, lotions, and packets of green tea & broth powder. Check-in & check-out was done on self use machine. The breakfast was extensive with a variety of Japanese dishes.»

«Very nice hotel. Very close walking distance to the train station of Hakone-Yamato and restaurants and shops
I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing that i didnt like was that the smoking area wasnt closed properly so several times i smell the cigarettes in the hallway »
