Dear Mr. Mohammed, thank you for your reviews. Check-in is by us till 9 p.m and you came very late after 9. p.m.Yet were waiting for you. With parking I don´t understand to you! Around the hotel is free parking. If somebody want to close his car, he must pay parking place 4€ per night. This price you pay in hotel and than you will receive a card. I don´t know, how do you can know your room if you stay all time in reception. At 11 p.m. in hotel with 20 rooms don´t go every 5 minutes anybody smoke, if all people get up at 5 a.m. Your windows were not to the street. But you can´t now it, if you wasn´t in your room. Buzzing is only for new guests, everybody has key of main door. Check in is till 9 p.m., night calm at 10 p.m. Your room and corridor are separated by the hall. But you don´t now it, you didn´t visit this room. This girls has working hours till 9 p.m. She was waiting only for you so long. Our details are accurate, but you don´t read and respect it!
