The apartment, well furnished and with attention to detail, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The entrance opens onto a bright living area with exposed beams, where a warm and relaxing stay is accompanied by a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, finished in Alpine style and perfect for convivial moments after a day outdoors. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, coffee machine and everything you need to cook independently. Completing the main floor, a flat-screen TV, large windows with views and a well-finished bathroom with a shower, bidet and hairdryer.
An internal wooden staircase leads to the sleeping area, consisting of two spacious rooms with attic ceilings, wooden furniture and warm tones that make the environment intimate and welcoming. The rooms offer a total of six beds, with double and single beds designed to ensure maximum comfort.
Outside the residence, guests have at their disposal a large green area equipped with tables, benches, a fountain and games for children, ideal for relaxing in the sun, dining outside or letting the little ones play in a safe and natural environment. The structure is also equipped with free WiFi, washing machine and services suitable even for longer stays or smart working.
Among the strengths of the apartment, there is an exclusive and large covered parking space, located in the basement, which guarantees maximum comfort in every season.
