smoke are encouraged to use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette

butts properly.



Cleanliness: Clean Up After Yourself: Guests should maintain a clean living

space during their stay. This includes cleaning up after meals, wiping down

surfaces, and disposing of trash in designated bins.



Trash Disposal: Please dispose of trash in the outdoor bins located in the

backyard. Ensure all trash bags are sealed tightly.



Pet Policy: Pets are allowed as per the pet policy (up to 2 dogs, under 50

lbs, with a pet fee and refundable deposit). Pets must be kept under control

at all times. Pet Clean-Up: Owners must clean up after their pets both

indoors and outdoors. If pets cause any damage, it will be the responsibility

of the pet owner.



Safety and Security: Lock Doors and Windows: Please ensure all doors and

No Fireworks or Open Flames: Fireworks, candles, and open flames are

prohibited inside the house or on the property.

electrical, appliances), please report them immediately so we can address them

in a timely manner.
