Las Catalinas is a majestic 1,100 acre architecturally unique Mediterranean Style Beach Town that is totally walkable and offers many on-site amenities such as an ocean view beach club, 10 restaurants, a grocery store, spa, gym, hotel, cafe, outdoor outfitter Pura Vida Ride, 25+ miles of hiking and biking trails, and more! The beach is only a 2-minute walk from the property and is perfect for swimming, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding. The town is vehicle-free and makes a safe place to relax, meet great people, and have the best vacation possible!

Pura Vida Ride is a beachfront sports store that sells bathing suits, shorts, t-shirts, snorkeling equipment, etc. At Pura Vida Ride, they rent kayaks, SUP boards, kayaks and mountain bikes. The community of Las Catalinas has 25+ miles of trails for hiking and biking.



Center of Joy is a full-service wellness facility that offers yoga, a cold plunge, sound healing classes, infrared therapy, cooking classes and more. The Wake Salon offers a range of spa treatments, massages, facials, mani/pedi, etc. Several clothing stores offer a variety of fashions. Las Catalinas is a car-free community. If you are arriving by car there is a Valet Parking service available for a fee ($24 as of Jan 2024). We highly recommend you coordinate and pay in advance with our concierge team to avoid the line at Las Catalinas or any other inconveniences upon your arrival. This service is offered from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Your dog is very welcome to this unit! In case you want to travel with your beloved four-pawns friend, there are four basic rules:

- An extra refundable deposit of $300 is needed in case of any damage.

- We must clean a bit more after you pet that’s why an extra cleaning fee of $50 is required.

- Your pet must be submitted to a pre-approval process (dogs should be at least 1 year old and fully potty trained, we require a photo).

-No puppies allowed.
