The Space:
Just a three-minute walk from the beach, this apartment is an ideal base for couples, small families, or friends looking to enjoy the best of Las Catalinas. Shops and restaurants are just steps away, while miles of scenic hiking and biking trails invite you to explore the beautiful surrounding landscape.

The apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 3 adults and features a separate king bedroom, along with a welcoming open-plan living and dining area.

For families traveling with 2 adults and 2 small children, the apartment may also accommodate up to 4 guests, using the queen-size sofa bed for the children. However, this arrangement requires prior consultation and approval from the host before booking.

If you are planning to stay with 2 adults and 2 children, please contact us in advance so we can review your specific situation and obtain the host's approval.

The apartment's private entrance provides independence and convenience, allowing you to come and go easily while enjoying everything this charming coastal town has to offer.

**Living & Dining**

The open-plan living area offers a comfortable place to relax, with a queen-size sofa bed that provides additional sleeping space. The dining table seats up to six, offering plenty of room to enjoy meals, have your morning coffee, or play cards and board games after a day at the beach or exploring the trails.

An office desk and high-speed Wi-Fi also provide a convenient workspace for guests who need to work remotely while enjoying their stay in Las Catalinas.

**Kitchenette**

The apartment includes a compact kitchenette with a minibar for storing drinks and a few basic food items.

Please note that this is not a full kitchen. There is no oven or freezer, and refrigeration and food storage space are limited to the minibar.

**Bedroom & Bathroom**

The separate bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, offering a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. A private bathroom with a shower completes the apartment.

Traveling with a little one? A travel crib can be arranged through our concierge team upon request. Cribs are subject to availability and an additional charge applies.

**Amenities & Extras**

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, a Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you comfortable and connected throughout your stay.

We also provide complimentary essentials, including salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. For your days by the ocean, you'll find beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and other useful extras.

**A Few Things to Know**

This apartment is the ground-floor lock-off portion of Casa de Colores and is rented separately from the main house. It has its own private entrance and independent living spaces.

Please note that the plunge pool and rooftop terrace belong exclusively to the main-house rental and are not included with this apartment.

With the beach just a one-minute walk away and the restaurants, shops, and trails of Las Catalinas close at hand, this apartment offers a convenient and comfortable way to experience the relaxed atmosphere of Beach Town.

**About the area**

Las Catalinas is a Mediterranean-inspired community of gracefully winding walkways, magnificent stucco homes, unmatched landscaping a stunning Beach Club with four pools. You will have access to the soft sandy beaches, and a glorious warm ocean. Wandering through the carefree town, you will find various restaurants, a brew pub, shops, and other fun places to gather. LC’s very own Pura Vida Ride has bikes, kayaks, snorkel gear, SUP, boards, boogie boards, and fishing gear to be rented for your personal use. There are also two fitness facilities available – an indoor, fully equipped cardio and weight room, and an outdoor Flintstone-seque all wood strength training space and outdoor yoga studio. The Center of Joy, a beautiful indoor yoga studio and retreat, is also only a one minute walk away. Everywhere you go in this pedestrian only town you will find friendly residence, other vacation guests, and his staff to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

**Parking**

The parking lot for two cars is for free. Now parking at our property is autonomously and more environmentally friendly with a reusable card that you’ll receive upon arrival. If the card is not returned or missing, there will be a $50 USD replacement fee. **Las Catalinas Beach Club, Daily Pass Options**

Beach Club Adult Pass: $30 USD + 13% VAT, with $15 redeemable in consumables. Access subject to availability.

Beach Club Child Pass (8 to 12 years): $15 USD + 13% VAT, with $10 redeemable in consumables. Children under 8 enjoy free entry with limited access. Access subject to availability.

Swim & Gym Pass: $20 USD + 13% VAT for access between 7 am and 10 am only. Perfect for early birds! Hours may vary, and access is limited and subject to availability.
