«Luis was an excellent host. He was helpful before and during our stay. He answered all of our questions quickly and offer support for our stay. The property manager, Cynthia met us as we arrived and was helpful throughout the month we were in Costa Rica. She dealt with any issues quickly. I would recommend Luis’ property to others.»

«Verbo's communication app didn't work for me. So we had a hard time getting our checkin information. We got it 20 minutes after we arrived through a tenant. Our unit really stunk of fish 🐟 that the previous tenant had cooked. Even the towels smelled. Steve offered to upgrade us to a better villa, but we were too tired after a long day of travel. "Fin plassering på stranden. Serviceinnstilt personale. Rommene var ikke tilfredsstillende rengjort ved ankomst og rommet bar preg av å være litt slitt. Det største problemet var bråk fra karaokebaren på den andre siden av gaten. Uutholdelig støy fra 20.00-23.30 hver dag."
