About the space
This elegant, custom-designed single-story villa offers 6 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms across 5,000 sq. ft. of refined living space on a private 2-acre estate. The beautifully landscaped grounds feature a 20,000 sq. ft. manicured lawn and multiple areas designed for relaxation and entertainment.
Thoughtfully tailored for group stays, the home showcases numerous French doors that open to a courtyard adorned with market lights, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.
Resort-style amenities include a large covered patio with ambient lighting, a sparkling pool and hot tub, an indoor 4–6 person sauna, and a fully equipped BBQ island with refrigerator. The entire estate is securely fenced for the safety of both guests and pets, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay.
The villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, with 1 King, 5 Queen, and 2 Full beds. Folding beds are available to support flexible sleeping arrangements.
Pet-friendly for up to 3 dogs under 60 lbs (no cats). Pet fee applies for pets included in your reservation.
Driveway parking accommodates up to 10 vehicles; garage and street parking are not permitted.

Pool & Hot Tub
All stays include 3 hours of free tub heating nightly (End by 9:30 pm).
Guests staying 3 nights or more enjoy 5 hours of free tub heating nightly.
Pool heating available upon request for an additional fee; may be unavailable during colder months.

Special Occasions
Our villa is an ideal setting for intimate celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, or small family gatherings for STAYING GUESTS ONLY. While we welcome these meaningful moments, please note that large parties or events are not permitted in order to maintain the tranquility and safety of our community.

We are located in a peaceful neighborhood, and Riverside County enforces strict noise ordinances:
• Quiet hours: 9:30 pm - 8:30 am
• No amplified outdoor music
• No excessive shouting or yelling
• No loud vehicle exhaust or music

Important policies:
• All guests must follow local noise regulations, as per Riverside County Ordinances Nos. 915, 847, 924 & 927.
• Violations of these rules may result in fines and immediate eviction.
• Wedding ceremonies and receptions are not allowed.
• The responsible guest making the reservation must be 25 years or older.

The Temecula Wine Country Villa was an excellent choice for our small company retreat. There were plenty of community and private spaces for everyone to enjoy. The house was well stocked with essentials, and the appliances were in excellent working order. My only regret is that we didn’t spend enough time at the house to enjoy the pool and hot tub. Next time! Thanks, Michael, for a lovely visit.

Perfect House for Large Groups

We stayed at this house for a girls' trip and there were 9 of us. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for this group. We had a few issues working the showers in one part of the house and one of the showers wasn't draining properly, but the owner was always quick to respond and resolved our issues right away. The hot tub heated quickly and the sauna was amazing. The only thing I would request is an iron and ironing board and hair dryers because those were not available for use. I would also recommend bringing your own toiletries as the ones provided are limited. But I would recommend this house to anyone and I would stay here again for sure!

Temecula Family Ladies Trip

The house was beautiful and spacious and we had room for all of us. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen worked out well and the dining room was great. We enjoyed the spa for the two nights we were there. But we were disappointed the sauna didn’t work for us. Plus there were not enough bath towels, wash cloths and kitchen towels provided. Also the outlets in two of the bathrooms did not work.A family member who owns two vacation rentals said the grounds were beautiful but inside interior living space lacked warmth and comfort

Big, spacious, Family home

65 Group Vacation

This house is absolutely gorgeous. Everyone had their own space. The grounds are beautifully maintained. It is quiet and close to our activities. The price point is why we chose the house with it being extremely reasonable.

Family winter getaway

We usually do January family trips to the snow. But this year we needed sunshine and lucky to find Hacienda. This property is big, clean, private, and perfect for all of our activities around Temecula. The host was super responsive and got us settled in. Thank you for sharing your place with us. Lovely house

This house fit our needs exactly. Plenty of room for 14 family members . Well equipped kitchen - we laughed about the two dishwashers but, sure enough we used them. The only issue we had was with the pool and hot tub. We picked this property because we wanted the kids to have a pool and hot tub to play in. We were never told in advance that our usage would be limited. The pool was solar heated which light have been fine in the summer but it was freezing in December. We were given the option of heating it for $700 for two days. We were only allowed to use the hot tub 5 hours a day and we were required to give the owner 24 hours notice about what hours we wanted. This system just didn’t work. Once he was 3 hours late heating it and one day he didn’t heat it at all. We would have chosen another property if we had been aware of this. We communicated with the owner about our concerns but he didn’t even bother to reply.

Temecula Castle!

Wow....this beautiful Vrbo home was exactly as pictured. My family and I (group of 15) were in awe of how beautiful Michael's home was. There was so much space with about 6 bedrooms and we had everything we needed from a heated jacuzzi, sauna, pool, etc. I am so glad we found this amazing home and will definitely book again in the future! Michael was our host and was very responsive and kind! When we called, he quickly answered and addressed and questions we had to make sure we had a wonderful stay!

Excellent Property

We stayed for my wifes 50th. Property was very nice! I would say it was better than the photos. Fully stocked kitchen with all the dishes and cups you could ask for. Also there were plenty of beach towels for the spa/pool. Location was perfect for us as we had planned a hot air balloon ride and being that it was down the street from the wineries made it super convenient.

Experience California’s hidden gems!

This property and area spectacular! The host is amazing and is incredibly responsive. Walking outside in the morning and seeing hot air balloons in the sky & rabbits on the lawn was breathtaking. The home is a dream home and superb for events or large groups. Temecula is located in a great location between San Diego & LA making it an ideal place to stay if you really want to take advantage of the opportunities this part of California offers.

Incredible!!!

This house was an amazing place to stay and relax. It's located in a great neighborhood, close to all of the wineries that Temecula has to offer. The house itself is just like in the photos ; beautiful , big , relaxing and very clean . Communication with Michael (The Host) was perfect, no waiting times, he was willing to help out with any questions we had before and during our stay. Beautiful property with stunning views. The beds were so comfortable, the pool was great, and most importantly, my family had a blast!!! We will be staying here again for sure.

Resort Vibes

This beautiful horseshoe layout home gave my family of 16 , ages ranging from 75 to 3 , enough space for family time and nap time. :) The size of the manicured resort like backyard was perfect for playing frisbee in the grass and just lounging in the pool. We also took advantage of the on-site sauna and barbecued on gas grill Location was a 5 minute drive to wineries and hot air balloon rides. Michael the host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions .
