Important Note on Estate Shared Spaces:
Please note that while you have private access to your booked houses, Sunmist Estate is a sprawling, multi-use property. Other guests may be staying in separate accommodations or attending scheduled events during your stay.

Check-in & Arrival:
For a seamless experience, our team will send your electronic lock codes and detailed arrival instructions the day before your check-in.

Cleanliness: Before departure, please place all trash in the designated bins and load any used dishes into the dishwasher.

Late check-out may be available upon request—please reach out for rates and availability.

Maintenance: Should any equipment or appliances become inoperative during your stay, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to address the issue promptly.
