Everything is ok here - as you would expect for the type of accommodation - except for the staff. Horrible service. I booked 4 nights and my key card stopped working EVERY DAY! I had to keep going back to re-program it. And this is AFTER I told the lady at the front desk I was there for another three nights. She didn’t speak english apparently and neither did the old man who was there on checkout. The first night I arrived, the lady came strolling out of the back room and was confused. She called her son (I think) on the phone and put the phone up so I can see it. All I heard was an exchange between them on speaker in a foreign language. I had no idea what was going on. She finally gave me a key but as I said above, it stopped working the next day and the day after that, AND the day after that. So annoying and frustrating. I had to keep going back to the office from my room with my hands full from shopping, etc. and then back to my room. The owner is obviously too to cheap to hire proper staff and has to use your elderly parents - who don’t speak english and don’t know what they’re doing - to check people in and out. Ridiculous.
