Parking, pool, hot tub and ski locker on site as well!

THE SPACE:

Light and bright with large lines of open shared space that center around a generous kitchen and living room (with NEW gas fireplace), this luxe condo is an elevated Telluride rental. Solitude is guaranteed with the condo positioned on the edge of a large wetlands area and the banks of the San Miguel River. Guests will enjoy a private balcony off the living room that provides ski area views, riparian wildlife sightings and a great coffee and cocktail perch! The master bedroom has a luxurious en-suite bathroom and king bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be made into a King at request. The condo has a large gourmet kitchen with bar seating, a large dining area with seating for 6+ and a recently curated living room with a gas fireplace and bespoke furniture to match. Guests have covered parking and a ground level ski locker. 



GETTING AROUND:

The Ice House is as well positioned a property as you could ask for in the town of Telluride. With Telluride's historic main street AND the base of the gondola just a block away, our guests will enjoy instant access to a legendary culinary scene, boutique shopping, skiing and hiking trails. No car needed to enjoy endless adventures here in the San Juan Mountains! The free galloping goose bus stops right out front of the building and can take riders anywhere in town.
