Situated among the trees, this private single family home is located directly off of the Meadows Trail for prime hiking and biking right out your door. Ski access is a less than a mile to the Meadows parking lot at the base of the Chondola (Lift 1) and Sunshine Express (Lift 10), or use the free Dial-a-Ride shuttle to drop you off slope-side!



The split level floor plan provides ample space for guests to spread out while having the convenience of a central gathering and entertaining space equipped with a functional open kitchen, formal dining and living room with a gas fireplace and big screen smart TV. The lofted ceiling and floor to ceiling windows throughout the main level truly brings the outside in and floods the main level with natural light. The garage can fit 2 vehicles and is the perfect space for all your mountain gear, while the large deck with a brand new private hot tub offers total privacy and stunning views of the San Juans!



On the top level you'll find a flex-space loft and a spacious primary suite with a king bed, work space and private bath. On the lower level are 2 additional guest rooms with a spacious shared bathroom and a cozy TV room/flex-space, making it a perfect space for the kiddos. One of the bedrooms has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king, so please do let us know when booking which layout you prefer!



Three FREE seasonal transportation services offered throughout Mountain Village, make getting around convenient and hassle-free for everyone without the worry of driving conditions, parking or choosing a designated driver. 1) Dial-A-Ride is a call away, and they will take you anywhere in Mountain Village. You will be given a guest access code to use during your stay. 2) Chondola “hybrid ski lift/gondola car” (winter only) for skiers or non-skiers which allows you to ride inside a gondola car to the heart of Mountain Village then you can decide to walk around or ride the Gondola down into the town. 3) Local Bus Shuttle Service (summer only) stops at bus stop across from the driveway entrance and stops at the Town Hall Plaza with additional stops throughout Mountain Village, all of which access the core of Mountain Village and the free Gondola to the Town of Telluride.
