Ballard Boutique: Sunny & Spacious w/ hot tub!

The Ballard Boutique is where comfort & convenience intersect! Spacious, bright & spread out over multiple levels, your crew will find ample space to socialize in the open kithchen & living room area but with three private bedrooms at the ready. Free off street parking allows our guests to enjoy the true mountain town lifestyle & walk to all that Telluride has to offer! Steps from chairlifts, the river trail and historic main street & with open green spaces, BBQ's and a hot tub on-site!

The Space:
Guests will enjoy the layout of this condo as it has massive open ceilings in the living and kitchen area with wonderful views of Ballard Peak and Telluride's box canyon. The primary bedroom has a King bed and large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms have Queen beds with a double bed made up in the mid-level loft for overflow family members or your snoring husband. There is a gas fireplace surrounded by ample comfortable seating and an adjoining kitchen area with breakfast bar.

Guests have full access to the entire condo as well as the lovely and well maintained picnic grounds that dot the property. There is a hot tub complex located on the southern aspect of the grounds with great views of the ski area! Off-street parking is provided to guests as well.

Guest Access:
The Ballard Boutique puts guests in the heart of Telluride town. There are creative west-end eateries within steps of your front door, the town market as well as the Wine Mine liquor store. The free Galloping Goose has a shuttle stop 39 steps away where you can travel to the free gondola or into downtown Telluride in minutes. Chair 7 is directly across the river for firsts chair ski access and the meandering river trail is right outside your door! No car needed to access all of Telluride!

Getting Around:
The free gondola station is two blocks away and about a 5 minute walk. The gondola will take you from downtown Telluride and up to the San Sophia Station. Get out here for a quick walk at 11,000 ft before continuing on into the town of Mountain Village! The free Galloping Goose shuttle has a stop across the street from your front door which will take you all the way to the east end of town with stops anywhere in town including the free gondola station, post office, town park and main street!
