«Terrible service, you have to wait a long time for food in the restaurant. When they loose/ delay the laundry, it's excuses and lying. The view is nice though»

«This is a beautiful hotel that is spotless. The environment is amazing, but the people who attend to you are even more so. From the moment I was picked up from the airport until I was driven back, I experienced the greatest of hospitality and care. Everyone is so informed about the city and country which assisted greatly in planning excursions. I loved this experience and all the people that cared for me and made me feel at home. »

«A very nice boutique hotel with large rooms with a luxurious standard (very much so, according to local standards). The themed rooms are a nice touch, but was less overwhelming than the images led us to expect. We had a couple of nice days here while seeing Quito, and another before going home. The staff was knowledgable, English-speaking, and the attention is personal. «Everthing in this hotel is greate! The staff treat you as you are royal. The rooms are big, cozy and comfortable. The food in the restaurant is good, the breakfast is very good! Yes! You can stay here and be pampered!!! And the old town in Quito is so beautiful!»

«Such a pleasure to stay at La Coupole. A beautiful mansion turned into a boutique hotel. Miles, the owner, is a gem. Well located walking distance to the Metro.»

«We stayed two nights at Swissotel Quito. All staff were friendly and we felt safe at all times. The breakfast buffet was very good, however a bit expensive. But this was expected at such a nice hotel. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. We also tried the gym which was well equipped. At checkout there was a misunderstanding regarding payment for an upgrade, however when we mentioned it Swissotel fixed it straight away. We would stay here again. »

«Oppholdet mitt var veldig bra. God service og frokost, og hyggelig personale. Rommet var fint og rent. Hotellet ligger 500 meter unna Plaza Foch, som er langt nok til at det ikke er sjenerende støy fra nattklubbene selv i helgene. Det eneste minuset var at lydisoleringen mellom rommene er litt dårlig, så man hører det hvis naboene er høylytte.»

«Vennlig og hjelpsom personell. Kun amerikansk elektrisk kontakt på rommene, men resepsjon er hjelpsom med adaptere. En meget godt tilbud (kun i denne perioden?) er å betale 5 dollar ekstra for frukost ( 30 ikke 25 dollar) og få tilgang til executive lounge 9 etasje med ekstra mat.»

«Honestly, I was really impressed with this place. It was walkable to a lot of the attractions and if not, it was a really quick ride the place as well preserved really pretty made me feel like a princess while I was there. The breakfast was great and extremely inexpensive.»
