«This is a lovely and well equipped cottage though was a little chilly the night with a heavy frost (until we located the heater!)
It was also a bit confusing to locate, as it is up several driveways, past other houses, but we got there without too much trouble!»

«Friendly staff, nice room in general. Getting to the facility was difficult due to recent traffic changes. Despite instructions, I got lost almost every time returning to the room. Bed matress was very well worn, body indents present on each side, probably time for a refresh. Pillows were flat. Large roach in the shower and bug bites while in the room, hopefully just mosquitos.»

«We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a close drive to all the things we wanted to see in the area. The space is bright and the country views are amazing! We loved sipping our coffee in the mornings on the large patio outside. Great place for star gazing at night also! The beds were comfy, the bathroom heater was great and we also liked having the kitchen to cook some of our own meals in. The space was cozy and relaxing to come back to after busy days of touring around. There was one issue ...

«I was so impressed with the Kozy Kottage, it was perfect and homely. There was food in the cupboards, fridge and freezer, all there for you to use, including eggs, milk, bread, condiments and all you need for cooking, oil, salt pepper etc and fruit in the fruit bowl, the beds were comfortable and the shower had amazing pressure. I would 100% recommend this to everyone, we will definitely be using it again. Thank you for a great stay Kozy Kottage»

«Our group felt so cozy and homey at Fantail cottage while we explored nearby Hamilton and Hobbiton. Fiona was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped and the provided milk, coffee, hot chocolate, and cereals was a nice touch. Everyones favorite part is that the shower was hot with really good water pressure! We also really enjoyed the chickens (chooks) and they seemed to like our food scraps just as much. Thank you for a lovely stay :)»
