«The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and everything feels well cared for. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and the housekeepers are not only efficient but also genuinely kind and attentive. The breakfast is another highlight with plenty of variety, good quality, and everything is served fresh and clean. It’s a great way to start the day and shows how much the hotel cares. Thank you!»

«The staff were all great, friendly and very helpful and service minded. This is a little out of the city center but very close to the rail that connects the city. And for my business these days the location was the very best. The room was quite big, well furnished and comfortable, and had all the things I needed, except for light. Unfortunately the room was very dark with all possible lights lit. This became wearing during some days stay. From the dining rooms there was a great view over most of ...

«Kahvaltısı çok çok güzeldi çeşit çoktu, kliması gayet net soğutur biçimdeydi.Duvarların bir kısmına dokunduğumuzda alçı pan tarzı birşey kullanılmıştı fakat yan tarafın sesini hiç duymadık lavabo kısmından sadece su sesi geliyordu gayet iyiydi»

«We stayed at the Alves Hotel in Izmir for four nights as a family of four, renting two twin rooms, and couldn't be happier with our choice. We were visiting from Norway, where hotel standards are generally high, so our expectations were too. Alves Hotel didn't just meet them, it exceeded them. No matter what standard you're used to, this hotel delivers a genuinely high-quality experience. Every member of the staff was attentive, kind, and welcoming. The reception team and hotel assistants were ...

«Near the old city, nice rooms, great breakast an service.»

«今回も良かったですが、次回は窓が通りに面しているクラシカルのお部屋に滞在したいと思いました»

«Mooi Hotel in het centrum, tram voor de deur, makkelijk toegangelijk en bereikbaar. Super hotel om te verblijven. Wederom zeer tevreden !»

«Fantastisk alt sammen. »

«Pros: The rooms were clean, and the lobby looked nice. Good location near main street of Alsancak and the train station. One of the receptionists were very helpful regarding reccomendations and planning of our activities. Cons: Service could be better as we had to negotiate with one of the receptionists regarding getting a couple more towels/toilet paper rolls. Lobby was not airconditioned at peak temperature times, which made waiting for the room to be ready slightly uncomfortable. »

«Near the seafront and beatutiful hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had a room towards the street and the street was busiy and you could here som noice. But the room was magnificent. A lovely roof terrace but unfortanatly it closed at 6 pm.»

«Fantastic! Reccomend a stay!»

«This hotel is brand new, the rooms are great, bathrooms is excellent. The immediate area around the hotel is not excactly lively in the evenings, so we felt very alone some nights walking home, but we had no indications it was unsafe. The staff are falling over themselves trying to please the guests in every possible way, we felt we were treated like royalty.»

«The room was nice , but a problem with the shower drain, water collected then spilled over to the bathroom floor. I assume a one-off, I told them ald hopefully fixed. There was lots of road construction in the area but still a great location, close to the waterfront ( Kordon) and very lively are on a Saturday night with many shops, cafes and restaurants close by. Also very close to the train station, which for me was inportant.»
