The master bedroom, adorned with a queen-sized bed, opens up to the courtyard and connects to the main bathroom. Bedroom two features a queen bed, while bedroom three offers a cozy double bed. The main bathroom exudes a luxurious, resort-like ambiance with its light, natural, and modern fixtures. Complete with a shower, toilet, and perfectly sized bath for the little ones.

Ample off-street parking adds convenience, with a double-car garage providing internal access. Additionally, there's space for two more cars or a boat on the shared driveway.

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
