The Space:
Bring the boat, kayak, bikes, fishing rod and a good book.
You are only a couple of minutes walk to the lake edge & Lions walk which is a fantastic spot right on the lake .
Bedding configuration is – 1x super king,2x Queen,2xsingle
The master bedroom and 1 queen room both have their own ensuite and family bathroom for the other rooms.
Spacious Kitchen and open plan living dining.

We use hire serviced linen to provide our Airbnb guests with high quality linen. All beds are made up with a towel and face cloth provided for each guest. If you require extra towels for the beach or hot pools please bring your own.

Guest Access:
The whole home is yours to access and enjoy.
Some wardrobes and cupboards are locked with personal items stored.
There is a heat pump in the master bedroom only.
Please note the garage is not available.
private lawn and off street carparking + jetski or boat.

The Neighborhood:
This is a very safe and quiet family friendly neighborhood.

Getting Around:
Plenty of parking on the driveway.
Just a short stroll to the lake or 5km walk to Taupo town
is only a short drive to The Landing, where you will entertainment Centre for all ages "The Landing". At The Landing, you will find an abundance of indoor and outdoor activities, and places to eat & drink. There really is something for everyone - Tenpin bowling, Arcade games, Taupo-themed mini-golf, The Cave Virtual Reality Studio/Simulator Racing/Virtual Escape Rooms, Indoor Bounce Park and Children's Playground/Ninja Course, Mavericks Restaurant & Bar, Cafe Lacus, Sugar Mummas Dessert Bar, and so much more!

Other Things to Note:
Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveller the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.
