The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each featuring a comfortable queen bed to ensure a restful night's sleep after a day by the coast. With three bathrooms, mornings are easy for larger families and groups, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy throughout their stay.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything from a leisurely breakfast to a family feast. You'll find a coffee machine, coffee plunger, microwave, toaster, sandwich press, hand mixer, SodaStream, cookware, baking trays, serving platters and bowls, along with complimentary tea, coffee and sugar to get you started. Olive oil, salt, pepper, vinegar and a selection of pantry essentials are also provided for your convenience.



After a day exploring, settle into the comfortable lounge with the Smart TV and free Wi-Fi, or simply relax on one of the decks and soak up the spectacular ocean views. Air conditioning and ceiling fans provide year-round comfort, while the outdoor entertaining areas offer the perfect setting for long lunches, evening drinks or family BBQs overlooking the coastline.



For longer stays, the home includes a fully equipped laundry with a washing machine, heat pump dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Hairdryers are provided, and families travelling with young children are welcome to use the travel cot available at the property.



To help you settle in, we provide complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, cleaning essentials and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. These are starter supplies and are not replenished during your stay.



Located just minutes from beautiful Tathra Beach, local cafés, restaurants and the Tathra Hotel and Country Club, you'll be perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of this charming coastal town. The Friendly Grocer is only a short drive away and is open daily from 7am to 7pm, while larger supermarkets can be found in nearby Bega, Merimbula and Tura. Please note that while the property boasts stunning ocean views from multiple decks, there is no backyard, with outdoor living centred around the spacious entertaining areas. Driveway and street parking are available, and smoke alarms and fire safety equipment are installed for your peace of mind.
