«My hotel door opened up to (I’m not good with distance so I have no idea what I’m saying, but) essentially 100 steps from the beach🏖️. AMAZING, so cool! (Note this is a river beach, not an ocean—but still very beautiful & blissful.) definitely a diamond in a rough spot.
I parked my car right in front of my hotel door. Grabbed pizza to go just up the block (and there’s a nice grocery store just up the block for whatever other snacks you want!) there’s a mini fridge in the hotel.

« Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. »

«We had such a good time here! It was quiet and so relaxing. We made good use of the paddle board and kayaks. The water was warm and easily accessible which was great! The house was beautiful and well stocked and Abbie was so kind checking in with us to see if everything was going good or if there was anything we needed. Honestly out of all the times we rented I never had another host reach out to us like she did. Our older group of kids had no problem finding things to keep them busy inside and ...
