Denne leiligheten for 4 personer har en størrelse på 96 kvadratmeter og en terrasse på 36 kvadratmeter. Den består av: 2 doble soverom, 2 bad, kjøkken, stue og terrasse med utsikt over sjøen og fjellet. Etna. Den er utstyrt med vaskemaskin, oppvaskmaskin, elektrisk stekeovn og mikrobølgeovn, satellitt-TV, safe, telefon, Wi-Fi, air condition, oppvarming, strykeutstyr, hårføner, kaffetrakter og brødrister. Bord, stoler og solsenger er på terrassen.
Penthouse og de andre 5 leilighetene i Residence ligger på en liten høyde i et boligområde i Taormina, bare 4 minutters gangavstand fra sentrum av Corso Umberto (fotgjengerområdet i Taormina), og kun 3 minutter fra supermarkedet og de nærmeste restaurantene .
Drosjetjeneste er også tilgjengelig på forespørsel fra eller til Catania flyplass med Minivan maks 5 personer 120. 00 Euro.
Parkeringsinformasjon: Inne i boligen har vi et lite parkeringsplass for 2 biler, og på forespørsel kan det reserveres plass til en pris av 10 Euro per dag.
En annen løsning er å parkere i den 24/7 kommunale parkeringsplassen i Porta Catania, som ligger like før inngangen til Taormina og i 5 minutters gangavstand fra Residence.
På grunn av de smale veiene i Taormina og det lille parkeringsområdet vårt spesielt for kunder som ankommer med en stor bil, foreslår vi å velge denne siste løsningen.

Our five day stay at the Residence Schuler was the highlight of our two weeks in Italy and Sicily. It was super clean, well equipped and perfect for two "couples" with two separate bathrooms. Claudio, our host, was very helpful with arranging transportation for us to and from Cantania airport. The apartment has a panoramic million dollar view of Mt. Etna and the sea. It is very convenient to the market as well as downtown Taormina and restaurants. But we enjoyed the apartment so much it was tempting to just relax on the terrace and enjoy the view. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Claudio.

Absolutely stunning setting; better than photos. We stayed in the Penthouse apt. which has an unforgettable view and a very large terrace. Highly recommend you plan your holiday well in advance and book the penthouse! The apt was spotlessly clean with everything you need. Claudio is an exceptional host--outstanding communication; very helpful and extremely responsive to any and all questions.It was very quiet at all times which made for an enjoyable stay. Note: the apt isn't quite easy to find or drive to but certainly manageable if you are an experienced driver in Europe like I am. Taormina is up high on hillside. Claudio provided perfect written, step by step instructions so take my advice and follow them. If you do, you will have no trouble finding the apt. If driving be sure and reserve one of 2 spots available with Claudio for a nominal fee; otherwise you will park locally. Good grocery store less than 10 minute walk away. HIGHLY recommend dinner at Rosamarino restaurant. Charming and gracious owner Rita will greet you warmly and you will have the most perfect evening in Sicily.

Excellent facilities. Everything you would need for your stay to be perfect. Location to the main hub-Bub of Taormina is 5 minutes. Views from the terrace are breathtaking of Mount Etna and also the sea. Recommend strongly.

A Home Away from Home

My husband and a friend stayed in The Penthouse Unit for 4 nights in February ‘25. This was a very spacious, very well equipped, very clean apartment with an incredible view. We are from Canada, not ised to narrow Nd winding roads, so the drive up to the apartment was exciting and breathtakingly beautiful. Claudio’s directions were very helpful. Our car was an Opal Corsa and I certainly would not have wanted a larger vehicle in Taormina. Parking on site was secure and I would recommend reserving a spot if you have a small car and are not afraid of driving up the hill. The kitchen was complete - you certainly could cook in it - sharp knives, a salad spinner, cheese grater and multiple plate services. The best equipped kitchen I have encountered in 9 trips to Italy. There was even a jug of distilled water for the iron. Beds were firm but comfortable with good quality linens. The bathrooms, one ensuite, one across the hall from the other bedroom, were a very good size. The showers had a hand held sprayer which could be fixed to a pole - good water pressure and no lack of hot water. There is a safe. Incredible terraces with unobstructed views of Mount Etna and the sea. I would highly recommend this rental and would love to return for an extended stay if the opportunity arose. Thank you Claudio.

Fabulous Views of Mt. Etna and Sea

We stayed in The Penthouse apartment for 30 days. It has stunning views and was bright, clean, spacious and well supplied. Claudio, our host, lives on site and was very responsive without being intrusive. An exceptional feature was a weekly cleaning service, not usually offered at other places we’ve stayed. The location is up a hill outside Porto Catania, close to a local market - we liked the walk into town and back, but for some, the climb up over 60 steps might be hard. It’s a vertical town, so steps are not uncommon. The furnishings were slightly different than in the pictures with a couch and one armchair in the living room. A second armchair would make for a more inviting space for 4. We’d also have welcomed an end table, a table lamp or two and an led light for the terrace. But these are minor details, and largely a matter of personal preference. All in all, we had a fabulous stay and would happily return. Thank you, Claudio!

Beautiful Taormina

The views are beautiful from the balcony. We rented 2 apartments both were very comfortable. Easy walk to town and the supermarket. No complaints would definitely recommend.

Most beautiful stay ever!

The host, the home, the location, and the beautiful sorroundings were second to none. Our host was amazing. We've never experienced such a thoughtful host. This apartment is in a great location for those who want a fabulous view, closeness to the main part of town and don’t want a hotel but a home. We had a rental car and for a small extra fee they provided parking. This is important since parking In Taormina is difficult.

5 Day Visit to Taormina

The flat was lovely, well stocked with all necessities and perfect for two couples. The terrace however made our holiday very special. Spacious terrace with amazing views of both the sea and Mount Etna. We had sunny skies for most of our stay and we could not get enough of Both the sea and Etna….the unusual smoke rings were evident several times. The city sites were also very close by. We definitely recommend this property!

Claudio was a gracious host, promptly helping us with recommendations and logistics. The apartment was spotless, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our long stay. Beautiful apartment in Taormina

We stayed in "The Penthouse" at Residence Schuler for three nights. It was a great place to stay as it was very clean, had amazing views on the terrace and was only a 5 minute walk from Porta Catania - one of the main entrances to the main street Corso Umberto. Claudio is very attentive and ready to help as he lives in the building. We parked in the parking garage Parcheggio Porta Catania and walked up the hill to the apartment - a bit of a climb with luggage. This is definitely a great place to stay when you visit Taormina.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views!

The Penthouse at Residence Schuler is truly a gem and I highly recommend staying there if you are traveling to Taormina. The views from the terrace are breathtaking. The apartment is beautifully furnished and clean, and it’s in a great location. Shops, restaurants, and grocery store all within a very short walk. And Claudio, the host, is always available if you need him. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

magnificent apartment

We came to Taormina after completing a ten day tour of northern Italy. We were tired and in need of some down time and relaxation. Schuler's penthouse apartment was just the ticket we needed. It was immaculate, beautifully decorated, well organized and the view from the terrace was spectacular!!! Claudio was available at all times for any of our needs. He gave us great recommendations and was all around perfect host. We were very sad to leave Residence Schuler and will definitely be back. It was the perfect home away from home and we will never forget our stay there!! Bravo Claudio for maintaining such a beautiful space for travelers to enjoy!!! It definitely deserves five stars!!!!

Wonderful family trip

The VIEW, the patios, the location is all AMAZING Our family stayed in two apartments, apartment D and the penthouse. We all LOVED our stay at the Schuler Apartments. The penthouse had a larger patio and more modern updates. Apartment D was very nice too. Both had great air conditioning, comfortable beds and everything you needed for a great stay. It was easy to get to town in 5 min walk, close to grocery store, cafes, restaurants and taxis. Claudio was a kind, responsive and helpful host. He helped us with car transfers too from Catania airport. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.
