Come enjoy your stay at my renovated townhouse located in The Village At Camelback.This cozy cabin style house is a SKI-ON/SKI-OFF unit which allows access to the slopes within 20ft from the house to PA most adventure filled mountain CAMELBACK!!!

My Townhouse has renovated bathroom and Steel appliances.
It has Wi-Fi and alexa is ready to Talk. Come sit and relax in the living by the Wood fireplace and watch a movie on the 70" 4K Smart Tv with Roku to stream your movie App. A Blu-ray player and X-Box 360 is provided.

The Kitchen has everything you would need to prepare a basic meal, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, bowls and cups. There is also a 12 cup coffee maker, mixer, dishwasher and microwave provided.The bar has wine glasses.

The house has 3 bedrooms

Bedroom #1 - is the loft which has a King size bed with TV and fully renovated Bath with standing Shower ( Shower Panel Tower System,LED Rainfall Waterfall Shower Head 6-Function Faucet Rain Massage System with Body Jets). Mirror (LED Bathroom Mirror Anti Fog, Wall Mounted Makeup Vanity Mirror with Touch Control)

Bedroom #2 - has a Queen size bed, 45" Tv with Comcast channel. Ceiling light control by remote.

Bedroom #3: has two Bunk Bed with full over twin 32" Tv set for XBOX.

Towels, Linens and Pillows are provided.Please bring pool towels.

Washer and dryer are provided but you will need to provide your own laundry detergent

The back deck has a propane BBQ grill and table and chairs.There is 1 propane tanks provided but please check that the tank is filled before you start grilling.I provide the tanks not the propane.Enjoy watching deer and turkeys roam the woods from the back deck.

The Parking lot for this unit is bit high on mountain ( CLUSTER 5 ) No driving is required to, Ski Slopes.This house is in the perfect location for everyone to enjoy.

If you have a large group and would need a second house check out my other house located in the same community.Now all of you can enjoy the mountain and your stay in one location.

The Village at Camelback Clubhouse is a 2 minute walk from my house.The Clubhouse has 2 indoor tennis courts, ping pong,Football,fitness room and a basketball hoop.There is also 2 outdoors tennis courts located next to the clubhouse.The sauna and jacuzzi is located in the glass enclosed pool house and are operational during the pool schedule.Sport equipment are provided by the association.
