Clean, Affordable & Easy!
The property was close to Busch Gardens, was very clean and just right for our small family. The pool was relaxing and easy to access. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quite place to stay while visiting Tampa.

Great place , perfect for me.
Super clean and well maintained condo with plenty of room and all amenities that you might need. Host was extremely attentive and easy to get a hold of and tried to help with any needs that would arise. Pool was nice and neighbors were so friendly. Would def stay there again in the future and recommend this property to anybody.

Nice and quiet place
I would recommend the place. It's nice and quiet. The only thing, it would require some maintenance. The faucets are not working properly in the bathrooms. The light in the living room always stays on. Other than that, the place was perfect for us.

USF move in weekend
Stayed here while I moved my son into off-campus housing which was 42N right around the corner, making this rental perfect location for that. I follow the other reviewers about the shower door. It just doesn’t close. Everything else about the property is perfect !

Very Quiet Close to Morritt
1st, the condo was just perfect for us. Just the right size for the two of us but could easily accommodate four. A very safe neighborhood. 2nd, the location was perfect because it was less than 5 minutes to Moffitt, and then you came home to a peaceful garden area. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay.
This place was perfect for our time we were going to Busch gardens, adventure island, and sea world. It was very clean and everything you need. I like doing my own cooking and it was very well stocked with dishes and all you need to cook. Very reasonable price. The gardens were great, and there were a family of ducks that lived there, my granddaughter loved feed and watering them, everyday. , The pool was super clean and perfect, beautiful size and plenty of chairs for us at pretty much anytime we went down. Over all a perfect great stay.

Elena was very helpful in communicating. Condo was spotless, comfortable beds. Cooking was so easy kitchen was completely stocked with great pans, utensils,dishes Etc. Very quiet. Great location to everything. 40 minutes to the beaches.

This condo was centrally located to all things Tampa. Near I-75. The owners were very responsive to issues we had. The pool area was great. The condo could use updating especially in the bathrooms. Small outisde area with condo but I spent most of my time at the pool.

The condo is in a quiet area eventhough its by the university. The place is equipped with everything a family would need for a great stay. Washer and dryer, Master bedroom has its own bathroom and 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed that would fit 3 kids and main bathroom is right by 2nd bedroom. Place is very clean, lots of towels, and kitchen items. Wifi was easy to access and we enjoyed the large pool too. Overall, very quiet neighborhood and central to our activities. I would reccomend this place to a family and would stay here again if Im ever in the area. The parking is in front of the main building but the actual condo is in the back so you will have to take a sidewalk to walk around to the back and climb stairs to get to the 2nd floor. We didn't mind at all. Its not that far. My family and I felt safe as well. Feels like you are in a jungle with the bamboo trees and tropical plants. Yards are well kept and clean. Owner was very responsive to our requests (same day).

Close to USF
If you need a place close to USF, this is the one! Pros - great location, great communication with owner, very cleaner and loved all the extras that you don't usually get - laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, plus many hotel size wash, shampoo and conditioner.

At first, we couldn’t find it. We looked all over for a minute but we eventually got to where we were needed to be. Had to get used to the lizards and such but they weren’t a bother. I think the only problem we had were the ants which weren’t too much of a big problem. Wasn’t really feeling the location much but nobody bothered us if we werent bothering them so it was cool. If you’re booking here, be gentle with the washer. Other than that, everything was the way Eleni said it was and then some. We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfy and she had enough linens and such for my family. It was a comfortable stay.

The condo is in the back upstairs. There is a short walk to get to it. The unit fit our needs and was close to restaurants and shopping.

we enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and well maintained. Since the condo was on the top floor in the back corner, we did not hear any noise from neighbors or from traffic. Owner provided many unexpected items, which were not advertised, such as pack n play crib, sunscreen, toothpaste, laundry detergent, beach towels, coffee k-cups, trash bags, etc. This saved us time shopping. Thanks! Running errands is convenient since there is a Publix supermarket a few blocks away. Also, Walmart and Target are within two miles. Will stay here again if we were to visit Busch Garden again.

No access to cable TV!

The tv is a ROKU tv with cable and antenna, along with free Netflix. Unfortunately, I am not able to "fix" your use of the tv problem without you present. I am available to help you operate items in the condo if you don't understand the directions, however you must be present to learn how to use them. I am sorry you were frustrated.

A comfy little home
This place is everything I looked for in a little get away. the complex is pretty but the house it’s self is cute and cozy as can be having a fully stocked kitchen was very useful. I didn’t experience any issues with the house and overall had a pretty great experience.

Nice size condo with a fully stocked kitchen. Close to USF, Busch Gardens, parks and shopping.
We had a very nice extended stay in this condo. There was plenty of room, a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. The location was perfect for us and our needs. Our only issue was since the condo is near USF and there were 8 units in the building occasionally there was noise from the adjacent condo. You may want to bring earplugs for a good nights sleep.

Uncomfortable furniture and extremely hard to find and no way to call the owner
This place was extremely hard to find and so far from the parking space it was incredible. Prepare to carry everything for a long distance and up to the 2nd floor. The furniture was very uncomfortable. You could see daylight under the door, allowing lizards, ants and other critters to enter. There was no towel rack in the master bathroom. It had been ripped out of the wall and the hand towel holder was hanging loose from the wall. Prepare to search for the pull cord on the ceiling fans in the dark for lights in both bedrooms. The light switches don’t work. There are no bedside lamps. So if you like to read, be prepared to read by the light from the ceiling fan. The garbage disposal vibrates the sink so hard, it will actually turn the water off. I tried to call the owner twice and couldn’t reach her or leave a voice mail because her box was full.

Hi Fran, I am sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. I had let you know prior to your stay that the previous renter had pulled both the towel racks in the master bedroom, and that I could not get them repaired in time for your stay. I am sorry for the inconvenience. I am also confused about your statement that I was unreachable. I went back and counted our communications through the website and on my phone. We had 2 phone conversations, (several minutes), and 12 conversations through the VR website. The condo itself is located on the 2nd floor. It says this clearly in the description. It is 90 paved steps from the parking spot. The garbage disposal works fine now that I have removed the metal you were trying to grind up.

Needs TLC, BUT PRETTY COMFORTABLE.
Great location, easy access to many places near and around Tampa, beds comfortable, plenty of towels, only linens were those on the beds, the apartment itself needs some TLC, floor tiles uneven all over, storm door, was inside master bedroom closet, front door needs new weather strip on bottom, you could see light from outside under the door, and ants walking in under the door. Washing machine works, but could not put more then 5 or 6 items, otherwise it strained thru the whole wash cycle, we were comfortable for the 6 weeks we were there, but, the place needs some work.(when we got there, 1/2 hour early, the lady cleaning looked like she was doing her personal laundry(one load in the washer, and one in the dryer) my overall rate is 3.
