The Space:

You step onto a quiet first‑floor patio and feel the gentle Florida breeze, the scent of nearby pine trees mingling with the distant hum of a bustling neighborhood. Inside, the open living space invites you to unwind on a comfy sofa while the kids claim their own corner of the large room. A simple, well‑appointed kitchen and a breakfast nook promise easy mornings, and the soft hum of the community pool just beyond the hallway hints at lazy afternoons ahead.



Sleeping arrangements

Four queen bedrooms each enjoy a private full bathroom, giving every guest a quiet retreat after a day of exploring. The queen beds provide ample space for families or groups, and the layout keeps the bedrooms separate for privacy while keeping the home feeling spacious and cozy.



Living area & outdoor space

The living area comfortably seats the whole family, with a large sofa, a coffee table, and a TV for relaxed evenings. A small patio off the living room offers outdoor seating for two, perfect for sipping coffee at sunrise or a nightcap under the stars.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen is stocked with the essentials you need to whip up simple meals, from a stovetop and oven to basic cookware and utensils. The adjacent breakfast nook and a dedicated dining area make it easy to share meals together, whether you’re enjoying a quick bite or a leisurely dinner.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to community amenities.

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard. You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor"



The Neighborhood:

Suburban residential streets blend with a bit of urban charm in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida. A short drive separates you from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk! Though Tampa Palms’ wooded streets give it a suburban look, the numerous apartment complexes, restaurants, shops, hospitals, and various businesses add some urban flair to the area.



Just south of town, discover University Mall with all of the mall classics—from a delicious food court and large movie theater to major department stores and popular retailers. A few miles further south, you’ll find Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island.



Getting Around:

We are located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting. Our ideal location is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. The excitement of big city activities in Tampa is well within reach. Our residents come home to community amenities like our lagoon-style pool, chalet-style clubhouse, huge fitness center with cardio and weight rooms, full-court basketball, Mac and PC computer lab, free printing, and so much more!



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (maximum $150 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not oversee their operation, cleaning schedule, availability, or maintenance. Access to these amenities is subject to the community’s own cleaning, upkeep, and operational hours, and they may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or other factors outside of our responsibility.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
