Didn’t even stay at this hotel when I showed up the whole glass window was missing from the room. This is unacceptable and I will not be booking with this hotel again.

This motel is convenient to the airport. They offer a free airport shuttle, and a $10 shuttle to the cruise port. Both shuttles worked very well. There are lots of nice restaurants close by. Public buses are convenient. The motel offers a ‘Taxi’ service which is actually a limousine service with very high non-declared rates. The bed and bathroom were very clean. I had black beetles in my room though. I’ve stayed 4 times at this motel in the last 10 years or so. I think I will be moving up to a higher end hotel…also close to the airport. This motel is looking old and tired.

The best thing about this property is the IHOP next door. :) The hotel is remodeling the rooms to you should have that in consideration. for example there was no wifi during my stay. Nevertheless its acceptable for the price.

They had no Internet the tub drip water all night the refrigerator made noise all night. It is a motel not a hotel meaning you access your room from the outside.

The room had a humidity smells the curtains were water stained. The wifi didn’t work so couldn’t watch tv. Room was old mattress terrible and moldy smell.

The property was terribly dirty. Mold in shower and dirty carpet, floors and sheets. Many of the people around the hotel appeared to be on drugs. It was a awful experience.

This hotel needs to demolish and rebuild, for the price that I was charge should a better hotel. They never refresh my room. The room is horrible, smell like a dump. I mean everything about this place is bad.

We checked in and went to the room and a man was in the bed. He was not registered there! Scary. Old property. Milk was not cold for breakfast. I expected more from a LaQuinta. Cost a lot to stay there for the quality of the property. Don’t stay there!

No WiFi, cable went out for a few hours, wasn't informed that if we needed an airport shuttle we needed to notify 24 hrs ahead...we weren't there 24 hours and just got off a boat without service so this was extremely inconvenient. Remodeling is being done and starts around 8am, and construction materials are all over the place, I'm talking about old drywall chunks in the walkways,so if you are bringing luggage there are speed bumps everywhere, and no elevator for second floor, luckily I had a strong man with me since we had two large suitcases, pool looked nice and clean, employees were friendly and updates are nice, just make sure your windows are locked when you get to your room because ours were not!

The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The first room she gave me, the door didn't work - the key worked, but it was jammed or something when I tried to open it. The 2nd room was fine at first, but when i got back from dinner the A/C was not working and the room was very warm. The 3rd room was fine.

WiFi was Down. Ice Machine Broken on Ground Floor & no-one available to help me get some ice. They Cleaned the room as soon as we checked out so we could not retrieve the items we acdintially left in the fridge. We hadent even left the parking lot & it was still way before check-out time.

The bathroom needs to be redone. there is mold under the silicone caulk, it was really not too great in there. Otherwise, the room was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The door on our first room wouldn't close properly, the lock wouldn't retract, so we were moved to the adjacent room (118 / 119) I can't remember which was which. Thanks!

Not much good to say about the property. It was run down with obvious low budget remodeling over aged bones. The bathroom had rust on all fixtures, mold on the tile caulking, floor boards and ceiling panels. The mattress was hard as a rock and I actually prefer firm mattresses. The bed pillows were very thin and rock hard. The room odor had a floral chemical smell that made me feel uncomfortable. The shower fixture was worn and had poor water pressure. Water ran onto bathroom floor very easily even with curtain properly drawn. Only encountered 1 staff member and she was nice but seemed overworked with excessive duties that prevented her from remaining at the front desk. I’m glad I only had to stay 1 night.

Honestly, the room me and my two friends stayed in was so old and disgusting. Very out dated. Wasn't refunded my full damage deposit and should have for sure. I still don't know why Shower only ran cold water.

The entire hotel was absolutely disgusting, sand all over both beds, roaches in the shower, and especially rude staff the manager Carlos and the rest of his staff have no clue how to run a nice hotel, they were exceptionally rude, the hotel had no Wi-Fi no mobile check in no gym and the free breakfast was cereal all of which are listed on their website when I had asked about the quality of the room they forced me out and refused to refund my money even though I did not stay there for even 24 hours I had to book a completely different hotel due to their mistakes. They made me sit and wait 12 hours to check in with my child.

When I went to check in I saw a sign. No internet. It has been down for a couple of week. No word to me at all. Phones were also not working in rooms. Asked for a refund and had to go elsewhere. Was told there were working on the place

There is nothing positive to say. The room was filthy: dirty carpet, black dirt (mold?) around fixtures in bathroom; hand prints on front door. Was promised a smoke-free room and smoke permeated the air. The room was last decorated in the 1970s. There was no WiFi. I was afraid to let my bare feet touch the floor. Ugh.
