Perfect Hyde Park couple spot
We came for a long weekend to visit our daughter who recently moved to the area. This is a perfect spot for a couple. It is furnished with everything one would need for a comfortable stay, and there are many extra thoughtful touches. We especially appreciated the coffee, water, and snacks. Liz is a perfect host and communication with her is timely and easy. Easy walking to Hyde Park Village and Bayshore make it even better. We hope to return.

Perfect little haven!
Great spot for a quick weekend!! Small yet mighty space, optimal location, easy parking, extremely clean, softest sheets(!!), cute patio, and Liz even left water and snacks! I have found my go-to whenever I am in Tampa. Thank you so much!

Mother daughters trip
Location is fantastic!!! Quiet neighborhood and very close to two shopping/dining areas...Hyde Park (our favorite) and downtown...you can easily walk to both. Being close to the Bayshore blvd was awesome for walks/runs.

The property is a garage attached to the main house. Entrance from an alley. Noisy dogs. MUCH smaller than appeared in photos. Bed REALLY small. But clean and nicely decorated.

Frozen Four weekend Fun
We stayed for a long weekend and some awesome hockey in Tampa. This studio is in a perfect location, just outside of Tampa and only a few blocks from Hyde Park Village. Hyde Park has great shopping, restaurants, and the homes in the area are beautiful! We will definitely go back ! Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent lodging and location
I picked this lodging because it was close to the Tampa Convention Center and the start of the Gasparilla races. Liz was very accommodating to allow me to check in early and leave my car after I checked out. The accommodations were excellent, and I loved the homey touches like free snacks and coffee/tea & bottled water. The bed was super comfortable, and the sitting area was well appointed. The kitchen had all the things that I need to prepare my meals. And the bathroom was great especially the shower that had large bottles of body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is visiting Tampa.

Lovely Stay
We had a quick stop over in Tampa and loved the location of this property. Walking distance to so many places and we really enjoyed the stay. Liz was great to communicate with, and offered us lots of suggestions for our stay. The suite was well appointed and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in Tampa for the delivery of our child (via surrogacy) so we needed to be close to the hospital. Liz was an incredible host. She was always available to answer questions and was very kind and accommodating. The property was fantastic - so clean and comfortable. The mattress is heavenly! It's located in a wonderful area- walk to Hyde Park restaurants and shops and TGH.

Great location.
Easy access to a well appointed studio apartment, perfect for a couple. turn left on W Swann and it’s a short walk to Hyde Park Village shops and restaurants. Turn right and it’s a 10 minute stroll to the Tampa River Walk. Definitely recommend.

Perfect little place in a great neighborhood
We come down periodically to visit our UT student. This was an urgent need trip, and our regular place was not available. We enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely stay again. The host was very accommodating, and everything we needed was available. Safe, lovely neighborhood.

Clean, comfortable, unfortunate thin floors.
Stay was comfortable. Unfortunately the fact that the 5am early riser in the apartment above meant a half hour of footsteps and noise every morning around that time.

We have taken precautions to sound proof the flooring above to minimize any disturbance to guests below, and thankfully in the years we have had this property through VRBO we haven't had complaints from guests regarding noise and the guests above, though we take our reviews seriously and will certainly evaluate further for future guests ! Amazing Location!
We loved our stay here, Elizabeth and Bob were such gracious hosts, they live on the property so are very attentive and kind. The location is amazing, a block from Bay Shore and 6 blocks to Hyde Park shopping and restaurants. Wonderful morning walks on the bay and a very comfortable and well appointed place. We enjoyed the bikes they provided to ride to Davis Island and Armature Works. Such a great stay! Thank you Liz and Bob, we'll come back for sure!

Very cute and clean. Walking distance to pubs, convention center and shopping. The only drawback was that you could hear the conversations and walking from the people above. They stopped by 10 but we’re up at exactly 7am. No sleeping in!

Best location in Tampa
Fantastic neighborhood close to the bay and within walking distance of river walk. We came in town for a hockey game and it was only a 20-minute walk to Amalie arena. Perfect for a couple’s getaway weekend.

Excellent location!
This is our second stay at this property, last time we stayed upstairs. This property is walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in Hyde Park and walking distance to the water front. Amazing neighborhood all around is beautiful homes! Just one issue with our stay (not a huge deal or something the property owner can help), the people staying upstairs walked around until after midnight every night and were early risers. The upper floor squeaks and it was extremely hard to ignore when we were trying to sleep. Otherwise we loved our stay!!

Thank you for your feedback , it’s unfortunate and most likely could have been credited to a heavy footed guest since over the past two years of having this apartment as an Airbnb we’ve never had a complaint regarding the upstairs guests as we have taken added precautions to sound proof the flooring upstairs as a preventative.

Choose this place as it was close to UTs campus so great to stay for move in. We ended up staying at the upstairs unit which was perfect! Quiet and comfortable. Host leaves all kinds of amenities too. Can't wait to book again!

Excellent Place for the Downtown Tampa Experience
This property was perfect for my friend and I on our vacation to Tampa. There was just enough room and the unit had everything we needed and is very well maintained. We were able to bike the Riverwalk and explore various parts of Tampa without having to travel far. We drove to the beach a couple of days and walked around Ybor City. Liz was extremely helpful and a gracious hostess. All in all a great experience!

We had a great experience at Liz's Hyde Park apartment! Extremely well maintained, conveniently located in a very safe part of the city. Liz is an excellent host in that she is very responsive but also respectful of her guest's privacy. 6 star experience!!!!!

Property was as advertised....awesome! Very comfy, extremely convenient, reasonably priced, great amenities, Liz was very helpful and easy to communicate with, quaint neighborhood, quiet, but close enough to downtown, Hyde Park Village Riverwalk, U of Tampa, Amalie Arena ( Eagles Concert!), a nice drive to Clearwater beaches ( although we recommend Sand Key and Indian Rock cause it's less busy and cheaper to park), The Sail for lunch/dinner and drinks, about 15 min to and from the airport. Tampa airport is nice and easy ( except the rental car process checking in for Dollar/Thrifty....took an hour but they were busy for a Sunday late morning...checking out was a breeze). Would def stay again!

This was the 1st time I stayed at a VRBO property for an annual convention.
Great location and walking to the convention center was a 13 minute walk. The place was perfect for the 3 days we stayed there. Liza was fabulous with helping with the key pad and information about the surroundings. I plan on coming back in January. The only complaint is the fold out couch bed, needs a new mattress. A great place for one or 2 people.

This place is perfect for a stay in Tampa. The location was great. We had a great time at Liz & Bob place. Quiet, relaxing visit to Tampa
We had a wonderful 4 night stay in this studio apt. The kitchen was perfect, well stocked with pots/pans, utensils etc. Spacious. Comfortable. Quiet. Safe. Close to everything from Hyde Park to ybor city. A block from the river walk. My husband and i look forward to our next stay here.

Perfect getaway location!
This was the perfect setting for a short stay in Tampa. The neighborhood is incredibly beautiful with only a short walk to the Bay or Old Hyde Park Village. Beautiful property and so easy to get to downtown Tampa as well!!
