This third-floor unit is a comfortable option for families or groups traveling together. It has four spacious bedrooms and four full bathrooms, so everyone has room to spread out and enjoy their own space. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living room, a fully stocked kitchen, and dining areas for shared meals. There’s also a washer and dryer in the unit, plus access to the community pool and a nearby gym.

The open living space is great for relaxing or spending time together. The kitchen includes a breakfast nook, along with a separate dining area that makes meals easy. Just off the living room is a small patio with seating for two—perfect for getting a bit of fresh air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook basic meals or prepare snacks, whether you’re staying a few nights or longer.

Each of the four bedrooms has a queen bed and its own private full bathroom, giving everyone comfort and privacy.

Tampa Palms is a quiet, well-maintained area that feels laid-back while still being close to everything. It’s about 14 miles northeast of downtown Tampa and is known for its tree-lined streets and mix of nearby shops, restaurants, and everyday conveniences.
A short drive will take you to places like the Florida Aquarium, local dining spots, or the Tampa Riverwalk, where you can enjoy views along the water.
If you’re looking to shop or catch a movie, University Mall is just south of the neighborhood and has a food court, a large theater, and plenty of well-known stores. Head a bit farther south and you’ll find popular attractions like Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island.

The community offers plenty of on-site amenities, including a lagoon-style pool, a chalet-style clubhouse, a fully equipped fitness center with cardio and weight machines, a full-court basketball court, and a computer lab with Mac and PC stations plus free printing. Cleaning & Housekeeping:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each guest’s arrival. Our cleaning team follows strict standards to ensure a safe and comfortable stay.
Please note that photos are meant to show the general layout and amenities of the units. Furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary, and the images may not exactly reflect the current state of the unit.
A refundable security deposit of $250 will be placed as a hold on your credit card via our third-party system before your arrival. This is a pre-authorization, not a charge, and will be released after a damage-free inspection once you depart. Any damages or excessive cleaning beyond normal use will be deducted from this hold.
The community pool and other shared amenities are managed solely by the community. We do not control their operation, maintenance, cleaning schedule, or availability. Access is subject to the community’s rules and they may occasionally be closed for maintenance or other reasons.
Check-Out:
Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Housekeeping will arrive promptly to prepare the home for the next guests. Late check-outs can disrupt cleaning schedules and future reservations, and may result in a fee of up to $300.
Self-Catering Home:
This is a self-catering property, and supplies are not replenished during your stay. For your convenience, we provide:
-Bathrooms: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- Laundry: Detergent pods for up to two loads
- Kitchen: Paper towels, a few trash bags, dishwashing detergent, sponge, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a coffee maker (coffee not included)
