«Staff very helpful. Hot springs excellent Recommend for everyone»

«Staff were very nice. We only spoke English and they were able to help us with everything we needed. Breakfast was good and again the staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean and room was cleaned every day. They gave us fresh water bottles every day. I would stay there again.»

«Enjoyed our stay a lot»

«Small rooms with thin walls. Heard the neighbors talk all night. The breakfast is amazing and really worth the value»

«The best hotel we've been to for years. The public hotspring and the in-room onsen had everything you need. Complimentary face masks, drinks and snacks in the room. They restock every day. The magnolia products made everything smell soooo good. The interior decor was fantastatic. Happy hour with free alcoholic drinks and snacks. This is the best hotel if you want to visit the Thermal Valley and everything nearby. 2 min walk from Xinbeitou MRT, just look uphill at your left at the exit.»

«I would certainly recommend this hotel for the fantastic stay and very close to MRT station and they also had food amenities in the second floor.»

«This is my 3rd time to stay here and booked two nights ( last visit in 2019), as I loved this hotel so much in my memory.
