This modern and stylish studio is located across from Langosta beach where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and explore tide pools during the day. Only a 10 minute walk from Tamarindo beach, this property offers guests an escape from the crowds and to enjoy a quiet and peaceful beach vacation! Often guests will see howler monkeys outside the villa, perfect nature lovers!

This stylish studio includes a king size bed with a smart TV and a large closet/storage space. The kitchen also comes fully equipped with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator.The villa has a small patio and outdoor table and chairs, perfect for hanging out and enjoying the warm climate.

We provide beach chairs, mat, and other beach goodies for you to enjoy a perfect beach day.

*Please note there is not laundry available on the property. In case you need to wash clothes, we can recommend a local wash and fold service.

The location is perfect for those looking for privacy and being away from the crowds. The beach right in front of the unit has amazing tide pools in low tide and the best sunsets you could wish for. There is an outdoor shower you can use to rinse off after the beach.

Watermans has golf cart rentals and bikes in case you want to avoid walking to town.

Langosta beach club is a perfect place to spend the day. You can grab brunch and spend the day by their beach area or pay a day pass and use all the amenities.

Guests will have access to the outdoor shower, small bbq, everything inside the studio, and the shared dinning table outside studio and casita.

Langosta is a quiet neighborhood in Tamarindo. It is very quiet but you can find great restaurants like Fish and Cheeses and el Sapo Pizzeria.
There is a super market one block away and 3 different beach areas to enjoy with the tides.

There is only one parking space shared between the casita and the studio, the street parking is super secure and there are cameras.

To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please respect the following house rules:

Registered Guests: Only registered guests may stay overnight. Additional visitors require prior approval.

Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and be considerate of neighbors.

No Parties: Parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted.

Smoking: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the condo.

Pets: Pets are permitted only if approved under the reservation and property policy.

Property Care: Please treat the condo, furniture, linens, and appliances with care. Report any accidental damage promptly.

Pool & Common Areas: Respect condominium regulations, posted pool hours, and shared facilities. No glass containers in the pool area.

Beach & Sand: Please rinse off sand before entering the condo and avoid sitting on furniture with wet clothing.

Air Conditioning: Please turn off the AC when leaving the condo and keep doors and windows closed while it is running.

Trash: Please place garbage in the designated bins and help keep the property clean.

Check-Out: Respect the scheduled checkout time, turn off appliances and AC, and securely lock all doors and windows.
