Your property is in the new tower, but you have access to the amenities at both towers, allowing guests to really spend the whole day here. With multiple pools, lounging area, game room, gym, ranchos with bbq, and the 360 view rooftop - no detail was spared here!
Your unit is on the 3rd floor. Enter into the clean, fresh space with new tasteful tropical-modern furnishings. First, enter into the dining, kitchen, living space where your whole group can hang out, relax, enjoy meals, and catch up on the past day`s adventure! For those who would rather spend as much time outdoors, the patio off of the master provides additional seating with an area to eat.
The 3 bedrooms are each spacious with ample amounts of closet space and TV. The master boasts a comfortable king size bed and an ensuite bathroom that will provide any couple with additional privacy from the rest of the group. The other 2 bedrooms have new sleek queen beds that allow guests to sleep comfortably and to relax and rejuvenate.
There is no other property that provides an intimate space with modern amenities that will allow family and groups to come together and unwind for the time they are here.
Guests have access to all the amenities in the Peninsula Condominium complex, including an assigned underground parking spot.
Although everything is in walkable distance (approximately 20min walk to the tourist hub of Tamarindo), a car, golf cart, or bike rental will allow you to explore the area with ease and convenience – you never know when you might have an impromptu shopping spree! Please contact us for reservations.

This property is within the upscale area of Langosta beach, a neighbourhood of Tamarindo. It is in a serene location, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist hub of Tamarindo (only a 4-minute drive to Tamarindo centre). A peaceful 20 minute walk on the beach (or you can choose to walk via the paved road) will take you into the centre of Tamarindo, where you can enjoy various restaurants, shops and of course the infamous Tamarindo beach! If you want a more tranquil and secluded beach environment, you are only a few steps away from Langosta beach! Go during low tide to explore the various tide pools or when the tide is higher, go surf. It`s also the perfect place to watch the amazing sunsets at the end of the day. The proximity to everything is perfect for those who want to benefit from all the amenities Tamarindo has to offer, yet still be in a quiet, exclusive area of town allowing those who want to wind down and relax to fully rejuvenate.
Langosta Beach is steps away from your complex. However, if you wish to explore the rest of Langosta and get to the Tamarindo centre, we suggest you rent a golf cart, for convenience and ease. Please let us know if you would like further information on golf cart or other rentals.
On occasion during drought season the area experiences scheduled water conservation periods, where guests may experience some water shortage. This complex has its own water reservoir tank and pump, thus this should not affect guests. However, in extenuating circumstances, this is a possibility. Either way, if you feel it is out of the ordinary, please let us know so that we can assess it.

- guests can have up to 2 visitors during the day only until 7pm
• Only listed guests are allowed to stay past 7:00 pm.
• Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night`s rate.
• Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
• In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
