Welcome to Casa Giving Tree! A stunning, newly constructed 5 bedroom home located in Tamarindo's Premier Beachside Community. Guests will be thrilled with this beautiful home's open floor plan living/dining are with pocket sliding doors that blend it's indoor living area with an expansive pool and lounge area. The home is perfect for larger families or groups of friends. The second floor has 2 master ensuite bedrooms and 2 additional bedrooms. A casita with a full bath completes this gem. You will be struck by the spacious feel of this beautiful home, designed specifically for entertaining larger families and groups of friends. The expansive deck provides plenty of space for sun and shade later in the day. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped for in house dining and the tasteful decor throughout provides a pleasantly light, beachy feel. The generously sized outdoor area comes with a built in gas grill and is perfect for cookouts. Master suites 1 & 2 have an option or a king bed or two twin option, both with elegant ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom 3 has a king/two twin option and is impeccably decorated. Bedroom 4 also has the same king/two twin option, as well as a set of bunk beds, perfect for a kids room. The Casita rounds out the bedrooms and comes complete with a king bed and ensuite full bath. This room is ideal for those in the group looking for maximum privacy. You will simply be blown away by this newly constructed masterpiece.

This property has a membership to the beautiful Langosta Beach Club and includes Poolside Cabana Rentals free of charge, gym access and other member services.

We are both available by phone text for any of our guests needs. Tamarindo may be a small surfer town, but it truly has a vibrant life and a wide variety of things to do. It has the best beach to learn how to surf in the area, 5-star dining, organic cafes, farmer's markets, night ferias, plenty of shopping options and great bars to enjoy your margaritas while watching the sunset. The house is located in Playa Langosta, which is a charming residential neighborhood about a 15-minute walk or $4 cab ride to downtown Tamarindo. Its beaches are gorgeous and are home to several of the best surf breaks in the area. All amenities are close by, including supermarkets, several pharmacies, and local area doctors. If you are not renting a car while visiting Costa Rica, golf carts are the best way to move around, you can park them anywhere and it is a fun and friendly way to discover the town!

A Perfect Family Getaway – Unforgettable Experience at Casa Giving TreeOur family of 10 (including both adults and children) spent an incredible week at Casa Giving Tree, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we booked until after our return home, the host was the most thoughtful and attentive we’ve ever encountered. She went above and beyond—providing personalized support before arrival, checking in during our stay, and even reaching out after we returned to the U.S. to make sure we arrived home safely.The home itself was exactly as described in the listing—beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. It was fully equipped with everything we needed: a modern kitchen, laundry area, and gorgeous outdoor spaces that gave everyone the freedom to relax or play, together or apart. We had plenty of space to be together as a family, but also enough room to enjoy privacy and quiet when needed.The host’s recommendations for activities, events, and transportation were spot on. She even helped arrange last-minute transportation—something we greatly appreciated while juggling a large group. She helped us schedule a private chef for a birthday dinner and even left delicious Costa Rica surprises for our son-in-law's big day. This was more than just a vacation rental—it was a true home-away-from-home experience that exceeded all expectations. We’re already dreaming of a return trip.Pura Vida!

Great location and hosts!

This house was a wonderful spot for our spring break with 2 families. Plenty of space and easy to get around with golf carts. The hosts were very responsive to every request or question, they had great recommendations and organized multiple activities including a boat day, estuary tour (last minute), private chef, shuttles and more!

Fantastic Week in Tamarindo/Langosta

The house was perfect for our group of 8, and accurately represented in photos and listing. Great location close enough to Tamarindo entertainment to walk or make short drive, but also is sited within a secure/gated and quiet neighborhood to also have peace and relaxation when desired. The hosts (Kenneth and Julieth) went above and beyond in the communication before and during our stay. Among many other things, they helped arrange a private chef and surprise decorations to make the 50th birthday celebration for my wife a wonderful memory.The house itself was very roomy, clean and comfortable. The staff provided several days of housekeeping and daily visits by pool/gardener to keep the property clean and orderly. Bonus - We saw so much wildlife just from our back patio (monkeys, iguanas, birds, etc). Bonus #2 - full access to nearby Langosta beach club (gym, restaurant, beach chairs, pool/cabana access, etc). One minor negative during our stay was a (very big) new home was actively being built right next door, which of course is only a temporary issue. Site was kept tidy and crews were respectful and surprisingly quiet during our visit, but it was awkward for our group to hang out by the pool with workers literally 5-7 ft away from us at times. Overall this wouldn’t prevent us from coming back, but we would prefer to know the construction was done and/or at least there was only work in the interiors remaining.

Family vacation

This house was truly amazing and Kenneth and Julieth were extremely helpful. They made the vacation go so smoothly with no problems at all. We had my parents with us and the casita was perfect for them and the house was so comfortable, very clean and just amazing! It was also close to everything.

Perfect Costa Rica Vacation

Casa Giving Tree is the perfect spot to enjoy a family/friends vacation in Tamarindo. The house was better than expected and had plenty of room for our group of 12. The house had 2 beach access points within a close walk - one to Playa Langosta and another to access Tamarindo Beach. The house was clean, A/C worked great and the living spaces were perfect for our group. We rented golf carts, which was perfect to get to and from Tamarindo - less than a 5 minute drive except for in the evenings when there was some traffic. Access to the beach club was key for our group. When we weren't doing activities/excursions we were hanging out at the beach club surfing, enjoying the pool or listening to live music. The beach club also had a great gym and yoga studio which we used often. The hosts for this house really made it special - they were extremely helpful and responsive. I cannot say enough about how helpful and kind they were. The neighborhood where the house is located is such a great location - great beach access, super close to Tamarindo and very quiet and safe for a family group.

Amazing Villa in Tamarindo

We absolutely loved staying at Casa Giving Tree. Communication with host was excellent. Close to downtown. Private access to beach. Great pool. Spacious rooms. Wonderful large kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Playa Langosta!

We had a great stay at Casa Giving Tree! The communication for months leading up to our stay was amazing, they helped us with lots of things for our stay (private chef, excursions, transportation, pre-arrival groceries, etc). The communication continued to be great throughout the stay as well- they even called a doctor for us to come to the house when a few of our kids got sick. The house was amazing! Beautiful and just as pictured- was a perfect layout for our 3 families with kids. You can walk to a few places (beach, a few restaurants, a grocery store) but we rented a golf cart to make it easier to get into the main area of Tamarindo. The additional option to use the Langosta Beach Club was great- we took advantage of the gym and pool there a few days during our trip. Overall, the experience with this house was great! We will definitely come back! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Great Vacation!

Our family of 9 absolutely loved our stay at Casa Giving Tree. This is a beautiful, modern, large, comfortable and very clean house. We loved the pool. We especially loved access to the Langosta Beach club. This gave us the perfect mix of a vacation home where we could all be together and some amenities of a resort (food/drink service, gym, spa). The folks at the management company super helpful and responsive-- helped us with stocking the fridge, renting golf carts (highly recommend golf carts!), and planning activities. As a busy vacation rental host myself, I know first hand that they truly went above and beyond. Great trip all around.

Convenient and comfortable!

We had an amazing stay! The property is very well located - less than a 5 min walk to the beach and a super easy walk (about 10-15 mins) to town on a nice paved sidewalk. Staying in Langosta is a huge perk given the proximity to town, but relaxed more quiet vibe. We had golf carts too which made transportation within Tamarindo seamless. The community is gated and felt super safe and the house itself was very clean and lovely. The house team made every aspect of this trip seamless, from the breakfast service to airport transfers to dinner - we hardly had to think and it was very relaxing. Thanks so much!

Beautiful and Modern

This house was extremely beautiful and clean. All the room were excellent. We spent a lot of time by the pool it had great sun and shade areas. They cleaned the pool daily. Housekeeping was great; It was a safe gated community very close to downtown but far enough way for privacy. I would stay there again.

Very nice place. Well stocked and kept very clean. The pool guys show up very day to clean up the pool deck and pool. House cleaning comes 3 days a week. The biggest thing that we were not aware of, was you get free access to the Langosta beach club. Its a $30 value per person per day. Very nice place to eat and get to the beach with pool. We were there just about everyday. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and helpful. This place will not disappoint. Thanks so much

This house was amazing. The communication with the property management team was excellent as they were very responsive. The service was also great. The house has beach chairs and is only a 2 minute walk from two beaches. Also very easy to get into town with a golf cart.

Amazing Property

Casa Giving Tree was absolutely perfect! Jason, Lindsey, and their whole team was amazing. Communication was on point and fast, recommendations were clear, and we didn't have a single issue. Now to dive in a bit deeper - the house was perfect. We were 3 adult couples and one single adult and had more than enough space - we didn't even need to use the detached casita. The house has EVERYTHING...laundry detergent, olive oil....even pool towels and beach chairs. I recommend the daily maid service as it helped keep the place in order with such a large group. The house is brand new and the sleek, modern design is beautiful. Location: up on a hill about a mile from town. I recommend renting the golf cart that Jason and Lindsey will connect you with. We rented the large cart and it was more than worth it. It's hard to call for a cab/describe where the house is and the walk is just a bit too far that you wouldn't want to do it more than once (we walked to town once and decided it was enough lol). If we return to Tamarindo, we will be staying at Casa Giving Tree again!! Thank you Jason and Lindsey!

Great Stay in Brand New Property

We stayed in November 2020 for around 2 weeks and loved every minute of it. The house is brand new, and very well designed. Its clear that no short cuts have been taken, and everything is done with quality materials and the comfort of the people staying in this house in mind. Communication with Jason, Lindsey and their crew was flawless and they went out of their way to help with whatever small issues or questions we had. Highly Recommended!
