The space
Encanto is a private and enchanting gated boutique community of 6 villas with shared lush outdoor space that includes a pool, loungers, 2 BBQs, picnic tables, a covered poolside gazebo, and even a playground.

Your villa has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom and is perfectly suited for up to 4 people. One bedroom has a Queen bed, large closet space and one bedroom has a Bunkbed, closet and equipped with a work desk. The villa includes a large, fully stocked kitchen with brand-new appliances (including a coffee machine and dishwasher).

Enjoy air conditioning in every room, a work desk, smart TV, high-speed fiber optic internet, and a private outdoor seating area, surrounded by your own private lush garden. At night, you will find serenity in the beautifully lit trees that surround the property and the alluring poolside lighting.

Encanto is a newly built community, that is conveniently located off the main road, making it accessible to supermarkets and stores by foot, yet a quick ride to the most popular beaches in the area. 8 min drive from Tamarindo, 18 minutes to Playa Grande, 20 minutes to Playa Avellanas.

Please reach out to us if you need help with arranging rides, airport pickups, trips and excursions, and restaurant and activity recommendations. Extra cleaning of your villa during your stay is available upon request. We also offer the option of renting several villas to one party, villas with two queen beds (instead of queen and bunk beds), and booking the Encanto community for private events and gatherings.

Please note that we do not allow pets. There is washing and dryer machines on site. Free access to guests staying 5 nights and more. Guests staying 4 nights or less have the option to pay to access the laundry center.
